Joined slimming world tonight

Ye this is what I was thinking that I must have a minimum of 5. Il prob just add more mayo like u say.

Know what your saying Katy it is good at stopping you go off rails. I think cause I feel so bloated and no energy more than likely from having all the crap to eat. Reckon it's going to take a good few days to start and have more
Energy and fell less bloated. Just not hungry at the min it's great so want to make the most of it lol. Sure it won't be long till I'm craving nice things lol
 
Not good at all :-( I did lay in and not long up but needed loo at about 7 and couldnt get back to sleep, then I did and kept snoring so unsettled, I think I'm going to raise my mattress like they suggest for little one's cots when they are poorly as I can't breath and get the old vicks out! Hate being ill, was really bad when my aunt stayed at the end of Jan! It's so unfair, I'm eating healthy now, maybe it's a case of new job, aircon and losing weight and eventually my body will just get used to all the changes. I've been taking vitamin C, if anyone has any suggestions for any magical potions, throw them this way please :)

As for min 5 syns, you don't wanna be binging next week after depriving yourself, so treat yourself cos you know you can :) Can't wait to hear how you do on Thursday!!
 
I was woken at 4 when he went work so I'm now shattered lol still in dressing gown been cleaning so just chilling now.

I always take the beechams all in one medicine. Prob not good for slimming but if your ill your ill.

My new thing is to stick to 10 syns Monday to Thursday enless I have a bad day lol. I see it as having a treat then at weekend having 15.
My scales have shown I gained roughly 2 1/2 so if I'm lucky il be back where I was last time I got weighed.
 
I wish I could keep off mine. I think because Iv hovered around 17 for so long as soon as I'm well into 16s il do the same . Was 16.10 1/2 last time got weighed. You know what it's like can gain 2 overnight lol. 16 .8 they will go away i think
 
It might actually help you to focus more on the plan than your weight hun and you have done super! You should be so proud of yourself, the reason you hovered over that weight is purely before of the season, it's been christmas and then your birthday/valentines, it's not surprising, but now you are completely focused and we are heading for summer, remember those pictures, you don't wanna go back, you wanna head towards goal now and those lovely summer clothes! :) You'll be in the 15's before you know it!
 
I honestly can't wait Leigh I think at start I wasn't even thinking about goal weight. I saw it as a long journey that I would take step by step as it was always in my head would take forever. I'm so close to being half way to 5 stone and i now no I can do this and I will do this

It's now FEB and before we know it summer will be here. 23 weeks until hubby breaks up for summer which means if I loose 1lb a week il weigh 15.1 this is worse case because I know some weeks il loose more .this will make it 2lb off 4stone think il do myself a party hahahaha
 
haha, don't go mad haha! You can do it, you have a really great plan and you go to group too, it's good that you stay as that's what you need! I may think about joining as I get closer to goal so that I have support for maintaining as that's where I've gone wrong in the past, I really want to keep it off this time, if you keep an eye on weight once at goal and eat healthy most of the time, I'm sure it's maintainable, I never managed it sadly, I've done well and lost about 3 times in my life now and each time, just gone back to old ways.
 
Ye I think I'm going to loose half a stone over what I want to be . Plan then Is to weigh once a month and sort any gain out there and then rather than ignoring it. Also il prob have a treat once a week and carry on as I am now healthy foods
 
Oh I mean weigh on my scales at home. I think you can go every week but I know it's only free if you are 3lb more of less of your target.

In my book they have got down 10% for target because that's what people start with she said. I wonder if the target weight is the healthy bmi or what ever we choose to be . My aim is 13.13 at mo
 
I imagine you can choose any weight for your target weight but like you say stick to it within 3lbs either side, You are taller than me so 13 would probably a good place to aim until you get there and feel you could go lower, I definitely want to be within my healthy weight I have managed to get there all three times I have lost weight in the past, it's about 10 1/2 stones at the top end and it felt so good! I will probably look into joining when i'm around 11 so I have a stone and a half to lose, this time it would be great to get to 9 1/2, we'll see lol.
 
Ye we have got to get there first haven't we then decided. I know when I weighed 15.9 so go on holiday my stomach was pretty flat compared to what it was and 16s fit nice so I do think il be happy with 13stone also got big boobs hoping these shrink abit lol . Used to be a c cup when met hubby and now there dd if I got measured I reckon would say even bigger .

13.13 is 5 stone I reckon will go till 13 then prob loose another half a stone so can have that to play with every month if that makes sense . 12 1/2 sounds lovely to me lol
 
As for you joining group ye you might aswell save the money until your closet to target. I did it at home last time worked fine. I go with my mum so I know it sounds sad but gets me out the house for a few hours but if me time lol
 
I'd go if I wasn't a single parent, but the thought of dragging my two along every week doesn't sound fun lol, however they do have tablets they can play on with headphones now, so we'll see, I'll be around 11 in July I think so will be perfect time to join. Was thinking saturday group but my work have asked if I would work occasionally so need to see what happens with that and then decide on a group, it won't be a late one though as I like kids in bed by 9pm latest. Getting very exciting :)
 
I go at 7 so I put Olivia to bed about 6.45 then leave because mummy has to put her to bed lol.
One good thing is you can go to any group so if saturdays work better the weeks you have to work could find one on a diff day.
 
Yeah! No more excuses from me! Also would be nice to buy the products they sell and the magazine's cheaper as it's quite expensive for me at the moment lol.
 
Ye it is a lot for whats in it I wouldn't buy it. They have some that are a few months old at our group thy are reduced to a pound which is good. I'm addicted the the hifi bars costs bout 10 quid when I go with 2 packs of bars and the raffle
