Joined slimming world tonight

Thanks, I'm seein other people's posts tho of their food and it's loads smaller than mine . I know other people snack aswell throughout the day which I'm not doing . I'm trying to stick to 3 meals then have any left over syns at night if I fancy something . I don't have puddings either really because I'm full I don't know if better having smaller plate full and having fruit after.

I do know one thing tho I'm not hungry at all which is fab . Hoping for a good loss tomorrow xx
 
Portion size doesn't matter on SW as long as you're having a third speed food with it you can eat as much as you like :) Our consultant says your plate can be the size of a table if you want, so long as you have 1 third speed :D

:)Thanks ladies, I wish I had weighing in morning I'm excited to see what I have lost haha. I feel like Iv lost some not bloated and my jeggings feel more comfortable
 
Day 7

Weigh time for week 1 at 7pm

Plan for today
Breakfast -cereal HEX a 1/2 and HEX b
Lunch -pasta and sauce 1/2 HEX a
Tea -jacket with tuna when I get home at 9
Syns- French fries x2, (8) 2x mikado sticks (1)hot choc (3) total 12 also had a baby bell so syns gone for today

IMG_1083.JPG IMG_1085.JPG IMG_1084.JPG Just been to Iceland to get some of the slimming world products they look yummy. Didn't really have chance to check them all out as my daughter kept deciding to run off lol.

Picked up 3 different curries to try and potato salad. At the mo aswell if you buy 3 you get some free mullerlights free which is good.
 
Yes I think the chilled ones are new.
Iv asked someone else if the potato salad is free as it says on the packet free foods. On the frozen products it says free on extra easy days .
Really hoping it's free as looks lovely

I know I thort that and I was thinking the same as you if only 1/2 more would of got half a stone. Still can't believe iv eaten Chinese and choc and lost this yipppeeee . Bring on week 2 x
