Joined slimming world tonight

I mucked up went for a Chinese haha Oops I’m useless lol.
It’s the only thing Iv had all day and won’t be having anythin else. It was a buffet so basically had rice,chips, sweet sour Hong Kong, noodles and 2 duck pancakes .

I was so disappointed this morning it’s like been good all week for nothin but now feel worse for cheating

Well Iv jumped on scales and from last Saturday weighing I’m 1 3/4 heavier. I can cope with that tho I had some cake and a pina colada last night aswell so not to bad . Hoping to make it 1 1/2 goin by tomoz

Straight back on plan today today should be easy as still feel full from my massive carvery lol.

Well at 11 this morning I was absolute starving, think it’s due to amount Iv eatin over last few days.
Anyway trying things diff today

Breakfast shake
Dinner jacket potato 200 cheese 125
Tea - Chinese meal from shop total of 700
Total cals 1225

Ye I’m fine now think the potato helped at dinner just actually eating somethin. Might try and do something similar next week. Say a bannan for breakfast (100)then sandwich or somethin for lunch total of 500 then save 700 for my tea

So are you going to stop having the shakes?
I find after I've eaten loads of stodgy food the night before that I'm really hungry the next day.

Ye I think that’s why I struggled yesterday because I’d been eating a lot the two days before. That’s why I decided to split my cals over the day with food.

Ye I’m going to give it a go for a change this week see how I get on.

Today’s plan
Breakfast cereal bar (84)
Dinner- fish finger sandwich (440)
Snack - wotsits 92
Tea unsure at mo got 680 spare
 
Quick weigh and I’m back to where I was last Saturday so back to my 9lb loss. Strange really cause since I got annoyed I stayed off the bike and seem to be loosing more. Il keep goin untill get stone then il try bike again.

Exercise turns fat to muscle.
If you want to see weightloss I would personally stay away from the bike for a while. Crazy to think like that isn't it, because we should exercise. But if you are happy seeing weightloss, I'd stick to the diet. When you've lost loads then start the exercise again as it won't show on the scales as much.
That sounds like stupid advice but I know it works, lol!
