Joined slimming world tonight

Brilliant well done that fab. Sounds like your doin fab so keep up the good work. I weigh on a Saturday but do a mid week weigh on wed. Currently having 1300 cals a day and finding it great.

Oh so you weigh twice? That sounds like a good idea especially for motivation. Sounds like your doing really well too! I'm on it again this week like a pro 😂 so hopefully be a good week. How do you keep track of calories?? Xx
 
Ye I just like to do a mid week so I can see I’m heading in the right direction lol.

I plan the food I’m having each day every morning when I get up. I usually have 100/200
For breakfast then 400 for lunch and 700 . You can actually have quite a lot really . I did slim fast for a week first to get my body used to eating less and it’s workes great for me.

Today Iv had
Crumpet with butter
Chicken salad wrap
Wispa
Chicken dinner, 2 Yorkshire’s,mash broccoli and Brussels

Iv lost 1 stone 1 3/4 in 6 weeks but really it’s 5 because one week was my bday and I gained 1lb

Wow that's really good for 5 weeks!! Well done. I worked out I've actually lost 25lb so chuffed with that. I refuse to be the biggest going on holiday, im already the oldest one going 😐 haha. I've found it quite easy up until last week. Felt like I hit a brick wall with it and wanted chocolate constant 😂😂
 
Your doin brill so carry on. Try setting mini targets that’s what I do. Before my daughter was born I lost 3 stone and felt really good for it so deffo want to be back there. Life can get in the way tho can’t it don’t turn a bad day into a bad week and you should be fine. I used to find with slimming world I’d get Fed uo with doing the same meals all The time . Some days you just want to shove somethin in oven it take 20 mins and it’s done lol. We where all eating diff things and it was me being lazy prob but not always in mood are you .

Where are you goin on your hols ?

I have 20 weeks untill July hol this is the hol I want to have lost most I can by. Felt like the hippo in the pool in Oct lol

Haha. Exactly the same! After my 4th daughter I lost 3 stone and felt soooooo good. Then within 18 weeks it was all back on 😢. Me and my sisters are off to ibiza in may 11 weeks or so to gooooo 👏 first girls holiday without my kids I'm so nervous but can't wait. Then we're off for family and friend holiday to haven in devon In July. Sick of going in summer and wearing jeans because I'm to big. I'm determined this time tho. Where are you off too on ur hols?? X

Get your 3 stone . Holidays sound good, it will seem so strange won’t it without your kids . When my daughter sleeps at my mums for 1 night I’m lost lol. I only have her tho and I’m at home with her all day so never really apart.

We go st ives last week of May for a week, then Tenerife for a week last week in July. Like you I’m fed up of having to wear certain clothes. I’d love to wear shorts but think need to loose a lot more to get to that stage. Once Iv lost 3 stone that will put me at 15.9 I reckon need to be about 14 for shorts hate my legs

Sorry had to wait for Olivia to wake up. She was awake in night coughing so didn’t want to disturb her by coming downstairs to weigh untill she was awake.

Quite pleased with the scales as I had Indian Saturday and had dinner out on Sunday so Cnt moan really. Every wed I seem to have a gain then come Saturday I have lost lol. Last wed I was 2lb heavier on wed and still
Managed to loose come sat.

Hoping il get 2lb this week feeling confident

1/2lb is nothing, you'll easily lose that. Especially now you're back on your pitta pizzas, lol!
I imagine you calories for today will be quite low and if you're having spag bol again tomorrow, that'll keep you filled up and low calories :) I'm sure you'll see a loss on Saturday.

Yum that looks lush. I'm starving. Not had my shake yet but had a pack of pea snacks at about 12, so going to have my shake soon.
When I do the chicken naan, I fry up some mushrooms and onion in some chilli to give it an extra kick, nom nom.

Tonight I'm thinking of having veggi chilli and rice. I've not had normal boiled rice for ages, so it will be a nice change. I just need to work out how much 100g or rice is because it is only 130 calories, which seems really good.

I buy the boiled rice from Iceland think you get 6 bags it’s frozen takes 3 mins in microwave . That 271 for a bag

It makes a totally different taste adding mushrooms, I sprinkle them with a bit of last chilli as well. Plus it bulks the meal up and it's hardly any calories :)
I've got some normal rice and it says 100g uncooked is 130 calories but I'm not sure how many grams a normal portion is. I think that the quorn mince will be about 200 calories and then 100 calories for a bit of cheese, so I'll have 300 calories left for the rice.
 
Iv just had my tea lol . Superwoman tonight I had spag Bol Olivia had chicken dinner and he had steak and chips lol. Got loads today night now got the correct weigh of pasta lol. Think might do chicken naan tomorrow night and have the leftovers on Friday night
