Your meal choices are lovely! I am trying to get back on Atkins too. I'm restarting induction today. Going right back to the basics.
Don't beat yourself up about struggling, it's half the battle hun. This is a life choice, life happens sometimes...just roll with it, but remember to draw a line under it, then move back on with low carb.
I would ditch the energy drinks tho (I do have them probably once a week and it doesn't help!) How do u do with water? I am crap! Xxx

Oh it totally is a meal at a time until u get really in the swing of it.
When I was proper in the zone between Sept-Dec, I didn't even think of eating any other way....it just became habit. I lost all my weight pretty much during those months and since Xmas. ..it's been a struggle. I think I've only managed 14lbs in 4 months. Which I am NOT complaining about...but being in the zone is key!!!
A meal at a time is a fantastic way to look at it! In the same way as setting mini goals I guess. X
Today's weight. Still not in ketosis though... So say the sticks. But my mouth feels like I am.

How long have you been testing with the sticks? I found it usually took a good 3-4 days to get into ketosis! The weight is coming down,that's the main thing!! ?
