Weigh in today.... managed to lose 1.5lbs which I suppose is ok - although I was hoping for a little more, hey ho!

Friday 19th November

got some ww wine chilling in the fridge (woo hoo!) so will definately indulge in them and not feel even a little guilty!
 
So I've had another very iffy weekend I'm afraid!! I'm treating it however as a little shake up for my metabolism and have gotten straight back on it today. Was out at Jamie Oliver's restaurant last night (was delicious!!) but definately over did it and polished it all down with a BOTTLE of wine....not good!!! Anyway here is my shambles of a weekend:

Saturday 20th November

(Starter) italian ravioli nachos

(Main) Ricotta filled ravioli in a creamy
lemon saucev(eek!)

(Desert) I managed to pass (woo hoo!!)

Bottle of white wine (9?)

Sunday 22nd November

(B) roll 2
2 medallions ww bacon 1
flora extra light and tom sauce 1

(L) packet ww bacon bites 1

(D) noodles 6
onions, soy sauce, flora xtra lite 1

Total so far..... 12pts

I think thats going to be me for today I think, means I can claw back some points from yesterday's disaster.
 
Monday 22nd November

malaysian chicken:

2 packets of velvet crunch cheddar and onion 3
toblerone miniture chocolate 1

Yesterday was a funny day food wise but I reckon I managed to stay within points....

Tuesday 23rd November

velvet crunch cheese and onion 1.5

(D) some chicken dippers (about 4??) 6

I reckon I've probably completely over pointed my dinner which actually was a little pick at some food at relatives house, better to be safe than sorry!
