I wasn't going to start another challenge (tantrum as I didn't quite make my Easter goal!!) but realised this one would bring me just about up to my Florida holiday so couldn't resist. A realistic (hopefully) goal of 21lbs for me :)

Why do you get so het up about everything??? Just chill and relax, you haven't even started the diet yet so you can blame the hunger pangs lol.

We are all friends on here, not bullies xxx
 
But it doesn't make things easier WT. We've been running these challenges on this forum for months with no control and no problems. Just let the thing run itself - it works out just fine. People are less likely to join in if they can't do their own thing. Live and let live and focus all efforts on the diet.

I really think you need to sit down, have a nice cup of tea and step away from the keyboard. It is ONLY a forum, and my post was ONLY a joke!! Just like at work we have a lady who organises her pens in size and colour order so when she goes on holiday we mess them up for her lol
