JUDDDering all the way

Wee update.

Ive still been doing alternate day fasting. 3 1/2 weeks now. I've lost 10 1/2 lbs so far. :D

I guess it's typical of these things that in the cold light of day it's going really well but it feels never quite fast enough.

Im trying to keep in mind something I got told about dieting a while back (who knows where from). Imagine you are an onion and when you lose some weight it's a layer of onion peeled off. When it's a big onion one layer looks like nothing you're still a big onion. But as each subsequent layer comes off it gets progressively more noticeable. It works for me anyway!!

I think at the moment I've peeled the outer brown skin off :p

I think I'm an onion with a potato hiding somewhere in it LOL!!!
 
Hi polomc glad to see you are still at it and thats a brilliant loss, juddd is not a quick fix diet its an enjoy life lose weight along the way kind of diet, I sometimes think that my weight loss is slow averaging a 1lb a week but its such an enjoyable way to lose a 1lb, if I had been on a faster acting plan I can tell you without doubt I would have got fed up and fallen off the wagon way before now and would be thinking that I'can't lose weight' and that nothing works for me. So slow and steady works just fine x
Why don't you start a diary, keep a record of your progress? I could move this thread to the Diary section if you would like ?
