Weighed in this morning and this is a super day for me not only have i lost a little over 2lbs but im also now in the 11s!!!! 11st 13.8 soooo happy have not seen the 11s in over 3yrs! Gonna be a fantastic UP day!!

Or is it a 3lb loss???? Was 12st 2 last week, 11st 13.8 today?! Hmmm

Well I struggled with my DD yesterday but have lost another pound!!

Isnt it typical Im not hungry today so will have to force myself to eat!!

I've lost 1.75lbs this week, bringing me to 6lbs in 5 weeks of JUDDD - not bad after switching from a vlcd, I reckon.

Hi there it's good to be back. This forum has really exploded since I've been away! The cruise was lovely thanks and I managed to stay the same weight over the whole event so I've obviously been doing something right
