Hi everyone, hello Stirky how are well all doing?

Well just to say that I put on 2lbs this week. Oh dear.

Not giving up though. See you all next week (Wednesday)
 
Oh dear Channy, sure you'll soon loose those two squatters!
 
Make sure you are drinking a lot of water!!!! Sometimes our bodies retain water and Im sure that is all that little extra weight is.. :) Hang in there!

well, I started on Monday and said I would weigh in today. I have lost 3 lbs since Monday and am VERY happy:D:happy036::happy036:

You're still doing great. Wouldn't worry about staying the same. It just happens sometimes. Easier said than done all the same. I'm going to try and look at it over a month, rather than week by week.
Just about to go shopping with my mum and emma. UD - but not had anything yet.

WI was today..... I lost 1lb..... And hubby lost 2.5lbs :))
 
Yes, GRATS to everyone who lost some, plus grats to those who STS! :) STS is still very good!!! :) And for Stirky, that is great because you are probably gaining muscle! :) GRATS to everyone!

For those who haven't lost, keep it going! It will happen! Personally, I would have loved to seen more of my weight lost this past week... but oh well!.... Maybe next week I will lose 3lbs plus! :) A girl can hope! Woohoo! Lets keep going! We can do it!
 
OH MY GOD!!

I stood on the scales this morning and had to get back on 3 times :):)

But it was right!! I am down 5 whole pounds whoopy!! :):)
