I have bought a few control undergarments and they make me feel like a sausage that is escaping its skin

Hahaha yes exactly my thoughts... Hence juicy starting the thread for us - where does all the sausage meat go when the skins pushing it up and down?? I could do with it being put onto my bum as I have a flat unshapely bum But it tends to seep out everywhere else ha!! xxx

I would love a J-Lo bum I actually would like to try those Trinny and Suzannas bum enhancers... They raise your bum cheeks up and give it a round shape!! Think M&S do them but they're quite pricey!! xxxx

Ahhhh yes the super speedy grapefruit... Love them!! I love them quorn sausages... Better than real ones!!

For tea I have some mince out so.... The plan is to try n make some burgers?! I'm a bit of a 'oh god this is going horribly wrong ... Ooooh this tastes amazing' kind of girl haha lol!! So hoping it'll turn out ok!!

Which exercise DVD you done?? Last time I did a DVD I kicked the coffee table quite hard & put myself out of action!! Tho I've just been for a run cos the weathers lovely but jee's I'm pooped!!! Xxxx

ha ha i did the pump it up workout, really gets u sweating! ha ur experience with the dvd sounds scary :giggle:
i dont like goin running my boobs bounce too much and the boys in the park look at me lol! really need 2 invest in a sports bra!!
i like experimentin with food too, sometimes it looks messy but turns out amazing! ive taken loadsa pics of my meals but havnt put any on the comp yet! xxx

I hated running for the same reason - I'm quite big up top... Well so much so that I'm very surprised I've not fallen over lol!!

But I play Netball for Staffordshire twice a week & haven't been this week due to sprained ankle so felt the need to get out & run... Even if I come back with two black eyes haha!!

You should put your pics on the thread then we can all have a look at what you've been making!! My burgers are looking good - make stuffed peppers & sweet potato wedges with them too - can't wait, in the oven now woohoo ? xxxx

Juicy how did you pudding turn out?? Weird? Tasty??

My burgers were a success but forgot to season them in all the excitement so they were a bit bland to say the least hahaha!! Ace though xxx

aww glad 2 hear ur burgers worked!! yeah my pudding was stunning! it was sooo good i never thought having a pitta bread with nutella would be nice but it was lovely! i always keep my pitta in the freezer and then toast them so the nutella melted mmmmmmmm hehe food porn!! wat did u have for pudding? xxxx

I didnt have pudding... I'm not usually a sweet person but after my run a had a mini caramel egg for 3 blinking syns, what a waste lol!!

Its weigh in night tonight - do you still go to sw classes?? When do you weigh in?? So if all goes to plan and I've lost some then its down the chinese for treat night woohoo!! Tho I do only have chicken and black bean which is 5 syns and some noodles (free) so hardly a treat but to me feels sooooo good lol!! xxxx

oh wow nutella on pancakes is amazing! with banana too have u tried the syn free pancakes? i was well dubious but i made them the other day an they were lush!
nah i dont go to class nemor hun i got down to around what i wanted 2 be so i stopped going and then put on 7lbs but now im almost where i wanna be! i was gona ask when ur weigh in day was! mines tomoro, i go down to boots and get weighed what do u eat on weigh in day? i always find it hard 2 eat cos all i can think is omg its goin 2 make me weigh more! im slightly neurotic on weigh in day lol!
