Aww Juju, sorry the scales aren't playing ball at the moment. Stick with it, you're doing great. They will catch up eventually. Any NSVs? Have you measured?

Oh dear, stressful day and sulking about lack of weightloss turned this dd in to an UD. Oh well. I'm going to aim to do a down day tomorrow instead and not let it run in to a weekly eatathon!

Very odd! Maybe it's a delayed reaction of the downs that are keeping you from gaining?

I'm having one of those weeks too, really peeved at the scales. Got to 247 and I'm back in the 250s :(

Motivation for double downs is incredibly hard if you don't lose anything! I will have done 3 down days if I get through today, so if tomorrow doesn't work out I won't be too worried! We'll see what the scales look like in the morning!

Aye I'd feel the same... Maybe your body is getting used to them? Not due a totm or bunged up bowel wise? X

Is there something in the water? I'm on +1 with one day to go.... I know I haven't gained weight!!!! Argh!!!!! :(

So I was up 2lbs last week. Lost my way a bit and binged particularly on up days. I'm going to alternate again to try and curb it and get a bit more normality to things!

Hey ladies, afraid to say I'm turning to the dark side and doing vlcd for a couple of weeks before Xmas. Hope to get to 16.7 and then maintain with juddd over Xmas and then attempt another 2 stone loss. See you on the other side!!!! Xx

Day two of vlcd - I'm doing slim and save - bloody hungry and missing my up days!
 
Lost 3lbs but I'd gone up to 18 3 anyway due to epic 5 day eatathon!!!
 
Another 3 gone so on vlcd I've done

Wed - 255
Thu - 252
Fri - 249

Nice to be back in the 240s, 231 is my aim before I'm back to Juddd
