need to vent some anger and frustration. had another viewing today. the other woman decided she dont like my blue downstairs toilet so asked me to paint magnolia and she wants me to paint the master bedroom on the top floor blue and put ben bloody 10 stickers on it. told her will do it but she has to buy the stickers. she wasnt happy. just spent over 2 hours painting my downstairs toilet. so desperate to get out of this house will do anything! hardly eaten. not had chance to eat but i did turn down a take away of chinese. feel so tired. no exercise again. going to go get a yogurt down me then fall in to bed and watch fat friends. :(
 
good god cant they change there own bloody paint instead of expecting it to be perfect cheeky gits
 
so busy its unreal. my head is sooo not a dieting head right now. not got time to cook. had a large kebab yesterday as it was 7pm and i realised that we hadnt had dinner which we normally have around 4pm so had to get take out food.
need to get more boxes for packing as running out fast. house is looking such a mess with all the packing.
i am stressed but i am also excited.
having a night off from everything tonight and going to chill with a drink and rock band. oh and for the first friday in a while i dont need to do buffet food as its going to be just us tonight. no friends over so should be a smooth evening with no devil food and jut drink!! :D

busy busy busy. not going to start until 12 as need to get this hangover out the way first.
my capsiplex tablets came yesterday. supposed to take them half hour before exercise so i took it when i was painting as no time to work out lol. they proberly dont work but i will try anything :D
im aching all over so must have had a good work out from painting and packing yesterday!!
off to make my slim fast shake. need my cafe latte fix ;)
 
have totaly blown it. waiting for dominos pizza. going to seriously get back on it next week. will be, low cal, low carb and slim fast. got the low carb slim fast its way. oh and im also on my 3rd can of fosters lager ;)
 
now i know why i couldnt controll my cravings over past few days. its my totm. duh i should have worked it out!!
heres my plan of action for the next couple of weeks,
will have 2 low carb slim fast shakes a day, going to try keep my carbs below 20 a day and my calorie limit is going to be 1400 a day. will also be taking my capsiplex tablet every day.
i will shift this bloody weight. havnt got time to be fat. i need to be fit and healthy for the kids. i will beat them to the top of the park climbing frames :D;):D
 
moving house is very stressfull so do the best you can while moving and then get back into it properly once youve moved house and all sorted

You have been such a busy bee im sure you havent done any damage, good luck getting back on track :)
 
lol emma, dominos is one food i will never ever turn down ;), but it was my idea to get it :mad: bad me lol

change of plan. not going to have time to low carb as involves lots of cooking and preparation that i just dont have time for right now. going to stick with normal slim fast and healthy foods as its easier to eat a salad than a steak ;) also my house passed the inspection this morning with flying colours and we should have a moving date by the end of the week so i want to get my kitchen cupboards/fridge/freezer cleared as much as i can so not got that much to transfer to new house. got lots of ww frozen meals that i have to tuck in to!!
 
that will make it easier if lots of ready meals already in eat the freezer empty lol,, well done on passing inspection be good to get a date for moving then you can make plans
 
You'll find things a lot easier once you've sorted out all this house stuff.

By the way remind me what make of vibration machine you have again. I've totally forgotten! I'm getting quite useless at remembering things, the weight must be falling off my brain as well as my bum!

well, i have gained the half pound i lost last week but that is no surprise as its my totm and i havnt been good at all. start the day with good intentions then just blow it. starting to make a habbit out of blowing it! :mad:. still havnt managed to do any exercise. cant even get to my exercise equipment now as its all in a corner hidden with boxes. have finished all the decorating and we cleared the loft out yesterday. feels like we had a whole 3 bedroom house stored away up there. its amazing how much stuff you throw in the loft thinking you will need it later but never do!! my new house resoloution is to not collect junk lol. and i am going to be tidier with paperwork. instead of throwing it in the kitchen drawer i will throw it in the bin lololol.
kind of lost today. got to wait in for toilet to be repaired but have run out of boxes to pack. oh poo. im going on here lol. laters dudes lol x
 
Never mind about the half pound, it'll soon come off. If you want to cut back on some carbs but can't be bothered with the hassle of preparing low carb meals have you thought about using a carb blocker? I've heard good things about the following one: Privacy policy | Buy DEcarb™ carbohydrate blockers Obviously this is their official website so they will be slightly biased but sunday newspaper reviewed them and found them qute useful. I've ordered some from amazon as they were considerably cheaper than they are in Boots but there's lots of other brands you could try.
 
thanks sarah. ive ordered some from amazon too. im also taking the capsiplex thats spose to lower your cals. wonder if all these pills work?! i suppose if they did then there wouldnt be any fat people left in the world as we would all take them. they must help a bit?! even if they dont then i think there is nothing wrong with a placebo!
i will try anything but i would think the thing that would work the most is will power and exercise. bah boring lmao ;)
 
lol sarah, what are we like?!! ;)

yesterday i decided to low carb along with slim fast and of course calorie count as it will help me with my cravings in the evenings as i find that when i low carb i go off food! strange but true. only side effect i get is the 'squits' but will put up with that for a couple of weeks if it means that my weight will go down! i am already in ketosis which i am happy with so no hunger pangs or cravings. did have a slight headache last night from carb withdrawals but i flushed it away with lot of water.
i have got a new found deterination that i hope stays with me for a while! bye bye 'fat' lol ;)
