July Challenge..

i think i will do july challenge even on refeed, did may and june so why not, so here goes. so i think 7lb for me.

I do get weighed at pharmacy, but it's always at different times and sometimes different days. So using my scales at home every saturday and they are quite decent so trust them :D

I can't trust my scales and try not to jump on them every few minutes. I get weighed after work on a Wednesday but I'm usually 3 or 4lbs lighter in the morning. It's not fair! :D

Hey,

I'm new to this forum and to lipotrim.
I started on the 5th July and weighed in at 15st 11lbs!! My first weigh in is tomorrow and I have been 100% so far.
Can I jump in here and add myself to the list?? Not sure how much to go for on my first month but maybe 14lbs as thats the average for each month??

goto the quick links menu at the top, and select "subscribed threads".
 
Welcome Fatty-to-Fitty. Love the name! I find all my subscribed threads by clicking on User CP on the top menu bar. :D
