1.5lbs on for me this week.... I'm thinking of changing my July goal.... First week I only lost 0.25lbs then this week's gain... . There's 3 more weigh ins left for me.... I was thinking of starting afresh and saying 3lbs for the rest of July?? What do you think?? My head just hasn't been in it these last couple of weeks.. But something clicked this morning when I was stood in the playground.. I don't want to be like this any more... I nipped to the fruit and veg shop up the road this morning to stock up on some stuff and I'm feeling fairly positive
