Im starting this diary , and im a bit new to this but i need the hard evidence to motivate me .
Im 18 but i feel like a veteran in weight loss
2 stone i lost with a combination of weight watchers and exercise
maintained for 6 months and then 2009/2010 it went down hill

so then i hit the fad diets :8855:
Liquids Only Diet - yoghurt, soups, milk etc - epic fail once i learned how i could maintain it
Cereal Diet - Carb overload and hunger
and ive just attempted the dukan attack and it was just so restrictive and boring.
So after going from 2009's - 9st 5 to 2010 12st 1
im back on the simple eat less move more
I'm simply going to update my daily eats , movements and weekly weigh in
Lets get out of double digits on the scales sensibly
