Just a lil' diary

I wanted to keep a little diary of my food intake during my weight loss, so I'm going to make it here. Please feel free to add your own daily food intake and/or calorie intake if you're a calorie counter! Since my diet is more about cutting out the rubbish (like it was last time and worked a treat for me) I won't add calories and such.

Before my diet:
Breakfast: Chocolate, Chicken pieces, cola and bacon sandwich (sometimes a burger king or KFC if I were out and about)
Lunch: 2 or 3 packets of crisps followed by more chocolate, cola or ice tea, chips, noodles or a tin of Heinz spaghetti
Dinner: generally skip dinner, I wouldn't eat until 8 or 9 PM, eating pasta and sauce, microwave pizzas or meals, more chocolate and fizzy drinks/crisps.
Snacks: Starbucks, 1/2 footlong subway, lots of crisps, cakes and chocolate.

The first day of my diet is today, I know what I need to eat because I did it before! I just need to get back into the habit of things. (at the moment we have slim pickings when it comes to food, we haven't done our weekly shop yet!)

Breakfast: Weetabix
Lunch: Chicken sandwich, Chicken Fridge raiders, bottle of water
Dinner: Super noodles, home-made pizza slice, bottle of water
Snacks: Wotsits

I've decided my weigh in day will be on Sunday morning since that is the morning after we're going to do the weekly shop this week. At least then I can get a fresh start at the food I'm buying! no more tempting chocolate or ice cream!

Breakfast: I woke up to late to have breakfast so I had an early lunch instead...
Lunch: Chicken sandwich, packet of Wotsits and water
Dinner: Pasta with sauce and water
Snacks: Weight watchers mini chocolate slice

When I think about what I ate in a day before its not a wonder I have piled the weight on! Still have a long way to go with the weight loss and healthy eating but I already feel better for making the change.

Your diet sounds good, how much have you lost since starting?
