Just felt like saying that you are all an inspiration and I'm really proud of all the progress that you have all made, it really is great to be able to read about how well you're all doing.

And to anyone that's in the 'plateau' stage (like I seem to be)...Keep going, you will kick yourself if you give up now, it will start to drop off again soon enough.

Just think how happy the rest of your life will be, I can't wait
