well just completed day 1 of the total soloution, and it has gone ok. There has been a few times ive wanted food but i havent given in and i have drank quite a bit of water mixed with a low calorie juice. And i did 20 mins walking and 20 mins on my mums exercise machine as well,
 
Well done!

My day 1 ends tonight at midnight when I leave work. Straight to bed then so I'm not tempted by anything.

I'll be glad when today is over!
 
Well done I just started today and don't really know how well I have done. I am not yet confident in my diet as am trying SW at home as no class near me. Need help with recipes and syns etc. Hopefully this site will help me. Good luck for tomoro
 
Well done Jodge!! Must have been hard working today, I'm on maternity leave and struggled to lift my baba Yesterday!! Well done!!

Yeah it was hard and I was awfully snappy with everyone! Lol

Especially when they went and started cooking their meals ( selfish greedy people! Lol)

Lol!! They will forgive you when you are thin and happy! Today is ok, I'm not hungry but having a real wobble. I hate the products do much I'm actually being sick! I'm really considering two bars and a soup a day- not recommended for quick loss I know but I'm sure committing isn't either- what do you think?? How's your day going? Xx

How do you make your shakes? What flavours have you tried? The vanilla is nice I think.

I'd email and ask. If it helps you stick to it then I can't see why not? You're more likely to give in if you don't like the stuff. I know I would! xx
