no alcohol and no berries neither - didn't want to waste them. Half a MiM mix, sweetened with da vinci syrup and covered in the mug with sugar-free jelly. It's less than 2 carbs and I can't wait to try it, think it'll be either fab or foul. Place your bets!
Also made my first attempt at celeriac crisps (just for you Susie), but disappointing result - made them too thin with potato peeler, and did them in microwave when they clearly belong in the oven. Still strangely nice though. Might try another thicker batch then it's off to bed for me. This michelin star cooking fair takes it out of you!
And yes to the sauce Susie - what's a good low-carb brand? Oooh now I want it on eggs.
