Karen Serial Foodie! 5 June 2007 #382 have been really good today. have had: 1x herbalife shake with added yogurt (total protein= 32.9g) 2x protein bars (total protein= 19.8g) dinner: chicken breast, roasted red pepper, onion and tikka sauce. (total protein= 55.3g) total protein intake 108 grams (target is 97g so YAY!) Also had 2 litres of water so far...1 more to go. i am so so not going to be buying a round come august
