Start weight - 14st 8.25lbs
Todays weight - 13st 12.5lbs
Loss since yesterday - 1.75lbs
Loss to date - 9.75lbs

Hurray I'm back in the 13's Couldn't be happier!

Am made up to be back to my lowest and am now all excited to get to 13st 9lbs as I then move into class 1 obese lol.

Currently sat in hospital with Dan as she's having the horrid injections in her pelvis again - she looks so glam in her tie up gown and sexy paper knickers

Plan is to go to the gym with hubby this evening and then I've got my assessment tomorrow and then roller disco tomorrow night.....and then sleep all day Sunday

Hope today is a good one for everyone xx

Can't believe I have another loss today - today I weigh at my lightest since 2007! From what I remember when I did LL then I touched the 12stones (prob 13lb) for about a day and then I started gaining again. I've got 8 weeks until my holiday and I had hoped to be in the 11's, I don't think that this is doable now but to be in the low 12's would be fantastic.

Hubby is off work today so we are both going to take the dog for a walk, come back and do some housework and then I've got to go to the shops and hopefully get some ribbon for my hair for tonight before going to the gym....a busy day!
