:) im hoping this determination lasts! Couldn't do shred this morning as my DH was asleep on the sofa for some reason lol.. I walk to work which is 20 mins so I'll pick up my pace. The diet is clean eating essentially no sugars gluten or starchy carbs. Very healthy and very what I need after slim and save
 
Day 2 has gone very well I have stuck to the food on the menu and I did 63 mins of chest and arms strength training :) I felt amazing I have even sorted my food tomorrow which involved making hummus and making a spicy white bean chilli I have to wake up early and do my shred :) make veggie pancakes and a smoothie. It's a great plan but means getting up early to sort things out.

Just weighed and I was 2lb down on last nights evening weight... Let's hope it continues for weigh in Saturday :)

Thanks ladies :) I feel great I'm even 2.2lb down this morning since Sunday which is fab. Had a smoothie with protein powder for breakfast :) protein pancakes for snack (swapped breakie and snack as I can't take a smoothie to work) all my lunch and snacks packed... An 80 minute circuit burnout when I get home when I tried it before I couldn't get through it so I hope tonight I can x
 
Done well with food again today :) I was so busy at work today it was mental.. It was also a little stressful but I'm glad to say this time I didn't eat my stress away I bought 2 packs of green tea flavoured before work so I'm drinking that... I am allowing myself one coffee a day otherwise I may hurt someone lol I am the only women amongst lotsssss of men and most of the time it's a laugh and they notice my losses more than the women in other departments. But other times they annoy me ahhh It's nearly friday... Anyway I was off on a tangent was so busy I must have done a million laps of the factory I then walked to collect my dads gift he is visiting Saturday and he hasn't seen me since feb so can't wait for him to see the new me :) I then went to tesco and bought some lovely salmon and veg... Had a good sniff of the fresh cakes lol and walked home, I wasn't going to workout as I have done so much walking but I did do 30 day shred and feel brill :)

Hope everyone else is getting on well :) I'm off to sleep I need to be up early to make my smoothie
 
Food good today and did day 3 of shred... Completely wiped now but I'm on a roll :)
 
Wow! Katie, doing the shred!! Well and truly impressed about you weightloss, determination and doing the shred! Brilliant!!
 
Thanks kira :) to be honest I'm shocked I'm so into the shred but while I want to do it I'm going to carry on. I think the food I'm eating helps I feel I have so much energy.

How are you getting on?

Thank you bun :) I'm finding it very addictive!! Before I lost this weight I tried it once and put it at the back of the cupboard lol it made me hurt.... Not I am finding it easier on day 4 and not really hurting too much... Last night I sweat bucket loads :) which is a good sign. Found my biggest loser wii game while I was packing so got bob harder to kick y butt doing box fit for 20 mins before the shred.

How is judd going?
 
Morning everyone :)

Well week one properly refeeding and the scores are in :) 4.4lb off.... I couldn't be happier I have eaten great food this week and haven't felt deprived. I have exercised 6 days out of 7 which is unheard of and STOP THE PRESS I actually enjoyed every minute of it :) grocery shopping today for week 2 and out to lunch with my daddy who I haven't seen since feb :) can't wait to see his face when he sees me. I had measured myself this week as I forgot last week.

Thanks :) you know I didn't know just a week of shredding would make such a difference to my wobbly bits I am noticeably less wobbly lol :)) your doing fab as well... We have a great new gym opening here next week I can't wait to join it and kick butt

Yes but u have done what u need to on vlcd and u are now doing it the right way as everybody says! What's the shred u are doing I need to sort wobbly bits out?

Your right I miss the ease of the vcld but I must admit I an enjoying cooking again :) the shred is jillian Michael's 30 day shred.. It's 20mins a day and you see results I know I have. It's not easy but it does get a little easier each time you do it... I did it at 18st and thought I was going to die its sooooo much easier now I'm in the 13s :))

May have to look into getting it as running isn't toning and my arms and belly need a bit of work lol
