I fight a constant battle with myself over food. Today has been no different.
Brekkie: biscuits - lack of planning my own fault
Lunch: Spag Bol with carrots (free with a ha cheese)
Teatime: chicken, peppers & onions cooked in natural yog & spicy marinade with salad.
Stayed on track for the most part just annoyed with myself over the biscuits. Back to normality tomorrow kids back at school
