Katy's lean and clean lifestyle change

Did you manage to resist? We had a meeting yesterday to meet our new CEO and I was looking round the room and there's we're so
many other woman that were smaller than me. We have a works doo in 9 weeks and I so want to wear an Amy child's dress that I bought months ago so I'm trying to keep that at the forefront of my mind. So just you keep thinking of Ibiza and it will be worth it x

I had a piece of fruit then just took myself to bed lol. Oo sounds lovely what is it like? Is it the one you uploaded a pic of ages ago? Yer i am keeping focused about ibiza and even if its a few pounds loss its better than i was before xx

Im so unwell.... Think i have gastroenteritis. I was up literally every half hour being sick or heaving. I cant even keep water down atm. I have bad pains in my tummy and lower back.. Feels like i am 'stuffed' too constantly to the point i feel my ribs will burst.

Will be back on once i am better x

Ugh so after 2 days of bad food poisoning i am finally on the mend! I can hold down water and eat basic things! Gonna ease myself into clean eating as i dont want anything to kick off again and start me feeling ill.

12 days until ibiza and i am going looking like this :,( depressing!

My friend and I are considering starting bootcamp every Sat morning. I am also considering a personal trainer once i start working properly again dependant on finances. I need a kick up the bum regarding exercise!

Will start doing my food diary once i am actually eating properly again x
 
Plan for tomorrow:

Gonna be in shoreditch all day for work! So I am planning ahead..

Breakfast: vcld shake with 250ml of semi skimmed milk blended with ice

Lunch: mozzarella and tomato salad with 40g couscous

Snack: vcld bar for way home and incase i get peckish.


Dinner: grilled chicken breast with mediteranian (sp) style veg

Snack: peppermint tea (for my sore belly and swelling) :(

2litres of water throughout day.

Think this is nice and light.. Easing me back into eating plan x
 
An hour of pilates complete.


Dinner: salmon with veg! Had two pieces of salmon because i am a fat pig hahaha

Ermmmm I'd hardly call an extra bit of salmon a fat pig!! Try a triple breakfast sandwich n crisps haha!!! Glad you're feeling better chick x
 
Great start to the day... Someones jumped under a train and my journey is f*cked into london. Forgot my lunch and didnt have breakfast.. Gonna be a disaster!

Currently sat sipping water and nibbling on dried fruit and nuts whilst a couple next to me tuck into burger king! Ksjsjakkaka!!!! Its 10:30am guys!

Breakfast: vanilla latte and 95cal bag of mixed dried fruit and nuts

Lunch: meal replacement bar and water

Dinner: (lunch prepared in my fridge at home will be my dinner now)

Snack: undecided yet..

Exercise: 60mins walking
60 mins zumba

Breakfast: peppermint tea and a fruit shake (meal replacement)

Lunch: either another meal replacement or if i am quite hungry il have an egg white, veg and ham omelette

Dinner: Im cooking the boyfriend and I prawn linguine, but I will have the prawns in the sauce without the linguine! Gonna have loadsa veg with it though like courgettes, aubergine etc

Exercise- going to walk the dog and 50mins pilates dvd

Gonna keep trying on my ibiza clothes to motivate me! Defo wanna look as good as i can in the short time left before i go...

Food

Breakfast:
Warm lemon water
Clean pancakes with blueberries and drizzle of honey


Snack: mango, pineapple, strawbs and apple salad


Lunch: 4 brazil nuts and a chicken&leek homemade soup


Dinner: steak, spinach, avocado and quinoa (two table spoons)


Exercise: 20min power walk with dog.. Better than nothing

Craving something sweet now.. Eaten too much fruit for my liking too! Need to curb that! Fruit= sugar.

Boobs: 40 (middle of bra)

R: 13.5

I will review weekly and I am going to chuck my scales. I have had enough- i will weigh at boots weekly i think.
