Afternoon everyone!
So I'm a bit annoyed/p*ssed off today because I accidentally saw something last night and now I can't get it outta my head and it's annoyed the hell outta me, but nevermind. I'm off to work at 6 till 11, and I've done 45 mins on Just Dance this morning, and cleaned the whole flat!
Hope I feel a bit better tomorrow. Rah.
So, today's food plan. Extra Easy, as always!!
B: Muller light and a banana.
L: Home made syn free spag bol with pasta and 1 wholemeal pitta (HEB).
D: SW chips and beans!
Snacks: Muller light, banana.
Drinks: Milky Coffee (HEA) with 1 sugar (1 syn), Water, Pepsi Max.
Syns for Monday: 1
Not sure what I'm gonna be making for dinner yet, might just get some eggs and do chips and egg or summat!!
