Oh I'm sure you will RR :), I put myself down for 4lbs :rolleyes:, been doing terrible lately. I was looking at the summer challenge, the 100 days one and Von has already lost 8lbs, I've gained 5.5 :( that explains my predicament xx

I see where your coming from. I was a bit reluctant to join or even put 6 pounds as ive been the same. Think u were right to go for 3 then anymore will be a bonus. Plus I know you'll get your 3.5 off at next wi :) xx

I guess my confidence has gone in the numbers, since I have had a couple of weeks of gains, but I'm plodding along and hoping for the best on Thursday morning. Do you know RR there was a time last year when I was losing 10lbs a month and getting slimmer of the month, it seems like ages ago now, like that happened to someone else. I try not to get disheartened, I just think as you start getting closer to your target, your losses slow down, that's all I can think of, because when I was bigger I was definitely losing more xx

I think like you said last week, maybe being messed around regarding your op is having an impact on you plus when you haven't got as much to lose as you once did, the urgency has gone although we do still want it. I feel the same tho, since xmas ive been plodding on then few gains then have to claw it back so I'm not that much lighter than I was a xmas and that was 5 months ago. I need to break this barrier, have faith and keep chuggin along. We can do it together, I promise xx

Aww thanks RR :):), yep we will both do this together ! I just wrote on your diary, we need to get fit and sexy for our next holiday ! :D I hope June is a good month for us xx

I hope so too but I have 2 bdays in the next 2 weeks but if I get straight bk on the sw wagon I should be ok :) xx

Yep u can hit a couple of your spinning classes and I'm sure all that birthday cake will be gone ! hehe :D xx

Booked in for spin Tues and wed this week, need to get my arse into gear. I don't even think there will be bday cake more like lots and lots of alcohol. Oh well, I don't go out or drink very often xx

You gone the park yet??Weather not great here today so I think it'll be indoors exercise for me.

Highlight of the day is a trip to DIY shop to pick paint colors,house needs a good doing over.

Had a SW fry up for brekkie, a salad planned & ready for lunch (your good influence) & roast stuffed chicken, veg & roasties for dinner.

Did I tell you I got an actifry last week,havnt been too adventurous with it yet but enjoying it. I ordered it & told hubby I had got us a lovely wedding anniversary prezzie,needless to say he wasn't too impressed. :)

Wow your breakfast sounds yummy. I've not had a SW fry up in ages nom nom . I'm enjoying eating salads in this sunny weather :), they fill me and are healthy for us, glad your enjoying them too . Corrrr roast dinner sounds yum, can I come round ? hehe :D. So your going to be busy with some DIY shopping, are u going to be painting yourself ? that's brill for the body magic ! :p I've just recently purchased a George Foreman grill, not had a chance to use it yet, but looking forward to it. Oh wow, wish I had an actifry, can't afford one at the mo. Let me know how you get on with it, would love to hear your feedback, I'm sure you'll whip up some yummy recipes on it. I'm sure OH won't mind when u cook him a lovely meal with it ;). How are little Issy's doing ?

Hope so. Feeling positive. Just had a thought of doin red days for the next 6 days, I know I said the other day I wouldn't be able to do a full week but might try and give it a go. Think the most I've done in a row is 3. Think I might just take each day as it comes and decide on the day but definitely doing red today and tomorrow xx

Even if you do 5 red and 2 green, worth seeing how it changes the scales, just as an experiment. I always find switching things up helps boost our metabolism, just so our body doesn't get used to a certain pattern. I think the same applies with exercise :p xx

I just realised I've been saying good morning to everyone, its afternoon :D I sound like the one that should be hungover lol . Glad you had a lovely time last night with your friends :). I'm ok hun, the sun is shinning here, its a lovely day, going to go for a walk in the park soon. I'm excited about my new group on Thursday morning, hope I like my C. I think you'll do fab this week hun and will still be within target, u sound like you managed to keep in control last night and didn't go crazy on syns lol :D xx

I think it will be great for you going to a new group and having a different C, it will be a fresh start and a boost for you. I didnt stay in control or within syns lol too many vodkas and shots, plus my friend had put some nibbles out ... cheese, nuts, cheesy bread cake stuff (it was lush) I didnt have any spring rolls or popcorn lol.

I weighed this morning and it was obvious dehydration weight. I need to be strict from now until Weds as I dont want to go outside my target buffer of 3lbs eeekk x

I think its easy to start getting down about losing weight when it's not happening, this losing weight malarky really plays with your feelings, up/down/up/down, whilst it's hard try & boost your confidence by remembering how well you did last year, not how slow this year has been xx

I'm pretty sure you will be back within target range by Wednesday hun :) just a couple of red days should do it :p. Yep your right, maybe a fresh start with a new group is what I need to kick start those losses again. My mind is so programmed to getting my weigh in out the way and thinking, oh its Sheila next, its Wednesday, now you'll be going oh its Kay next on Thursday lol xx

Aww that's so sweet :):) thanks Michelle, yep I'm trying to keep upbeat about everything. I know this is a long journey, I just get impatient with myself sometimes lol. Oh I'm glad you had a nice chilled out time in the garden, its been lovely and sunny here too, I really enjoyed my walk :p. I bet you've cooked some really yummy eats today Michelle, I'll be off to check your diary in a mo after I've posted my eats :) xx
