I am good. Had huge gain last week following half term (4 lbs) but now counting down to my beach hols so got 8 weeks and want to lose at least half a stone or more. Mind currently in the zone, must be the thought of wearing a swimming cossie!

You'll soon have those lbs dropping off in no time hun :p 8 weeks is a good amount of time to lose the half stone and some. So glad you've got your mojo back. I had a gain of 3.5lbs too, I'm hoping it comes off this Thursday for weigh in, been doing my salad challenge with some of the girls, I would really like to get my 4 stone back. Then the following week is my op, so this is my last shot. I hope your mum is feeling better now hun xx
 
She is still in hospital, been a week today. She is moaning like mad at my dad though, so she is getting better! Not sure how she will cope when she gets out though, she really can't do anything herself. No talk of her coming out yet though, the docs still concerned that her fingers are numb.

Oh no poor mum, I really hope she gets better soon. Must be such a worry for you and its such a shame their holiday got cancelled. When I was reading that on your diary I felt really sorry for her xx

Hope your all having a happy Monday, well as best as can be lol. I have some small news. I have decided to move my diary back to the normal section so that some of my mins friends who have less than 1500 posts can still come on here, they tell me they miss me ;) I miss them too. Now everyone can see me :D hehe ! x

I'm off for my morning walk now, had my protein shake for breakfast, looking forward to the walk, just hope the sun keeps shinning and it doesn't rain :p. Catch u all later !

Yay!! Aw, glad you got out while the sun was shining. :D I'm doing alright, but just alright. Not sure how much longer I can keep going full steam ahead with no sleep. It's really catching up on me. Not even like I get my nights off because I have 2 birthday cakes and a 3 tier wedding cake to do this week after work on a night. So I literally have no life! :( Go home, do my cakes, go to bed about 1 in the morning, get up at 7 for work, repeat, repeat. Urgh. :( How are you doing? xxxx

Hello Sheila, I'm fine thanks hun :), sometimes I just feel like I'm plodding along. Starting to feel a bit anxious now for 2 reasons. One is Thursdays weigh in, I have no clue what I weigh since my sister took my scales with her, but clothes do feel looser ;). Also I will findout on Monday if my op is going ahead next week, if they postpone again, I really don't think I will handle it well :( xx

Shall I do a breakdown!! lol

1. You have had no scales so the pressure has been taken off - you have had almost 2 full weeks on your salad challenge so theres gotta be a shift in numbers on the scales. Think positive :D I know your going to have a smashing loss and you still have 2 full days to go yet.

2. Regarding your Op - I know its easy to say dont worry but ......... Monday isnt here yet and your stressing already, this can have a massive impact on :-

Your mental health
Your weightloss - as if your like me and stressed its the time to binge!!

There isnt any point worrying about something that hasnt happened yet ( and may not if things go to plan)

Focus on your weightloss this week first and enjoy your new group and the lovely new ppl you will meet. Then when Monday comes just see what they have to say. xxx

Lecture/Rant over here endeth the lesson lol xx
