Moroccan Style Vegetable Tagine with Couscous
(from the World Recipes SW little booklet, was yummy :D) - FREE

Thanks so much, don't know if I'm doing the right thing this week Kathryn, but I enjoy cooking recipes but I'm feeling more stuffed this week than I did last week, probably because I had a lot of soup days last week, maybe that had to do a lot with my loss. This week its been the opposite, high on syns and lots of proper food, but I must say I am enjoying myself too much this week, don't know if that's a good thing :rolleyes: .

Yep I'm trying to relax more this week and test the waters and see what happens when I eat more syns, not just for the heck of it, I am genuinely hungry lol . I don't mind a sts this week but that means I can't get complacent next week, maybe will go back to speed soup for next week :rolleyes: .

Hi ev1 :) had 5 syns today, maybe it's too little too late :rolleyes: . Yes I'm feeling crappy again it's Monday and tomorrow its D-day. If I had tried harder this week I could have got 2lbs and got my 3 stone tomorrow but been lazy this week and let things slip. Now I will have to wait another week. Don't know why I get like this, I should be more onit with the plan. I still have 4 stone to lose this year :( .
 
You will get that 2 pounds tomorrow no problem, can feel it in my bones xx

We've all been there hunny, if weight was that easy to lose everyone would be skinny. Please don't beat yourself up, you're doing great and that award will be waiting for you next week. Whatever the scale says it doesn't take anything away from what a wonderful person you are, just use it as motivation to try harder next week. You've had 2 fantastic losses in a row, so try and see the bigger picture and how far you've come this month.

Remember last week, you were worrying like this then and look at the result. Got my fingers crossed for ya xxx
