Thanks so much Linda, I feel like its taken me forever to get to this point, but I realise sometimes I put too much pressure on myself and when I lift that pressure and relax a bit, things seem to fall into place. There is no telling how long a good phase is going to last, but part of taking the stress away is I've stopped thinking that far, now I just do a day at a time, baby steps that's what works for me after a long time off plan. Even though I sign up for the challenges, in my head I don't tell myself I have to do this for a week, I tell myself its just for a day each day . I know that might sound silly but I think at the end of the day its all about convincing the mind, once that's in the zone the physical part of following any plan will follow.
