It's definitely worth a try , I don't find I'm being deprived ,
Yea I had a gym membership went on average 4 times a week after work and on days off but 6 months in did damage to my knee ( not while at gym) did carry on going but was limited to what I could do, so after a couple of months gave up , I found my best weight loss was achieved by walking , used to walk 6 to 8 miles a night with my brother in law , and sometimes on days off I'd walk during the day on my own then again at night with bruv in law, so was clicking up 12 miles , in winter battling the wind along Blackpool prom certainly made the leg muscles work , I want to get this going again after my op ,

Wow Von 12 miles is fab ! :) I wish I had that much will power :p . I love walking in the summer too. We have a beautiful park in North London called Alexandra Palace park. It's lovely and hilly, the view from the top of the Palace is beautiful. I get to do lots of walking there in the summer, most of it is on an incline. Here are some pics . :)

Aww thanks hun :), I had a really nice time. I need to catch up on your diary, hope your weekend went well. I've just had a huge breakfast today, don't know if other people can relate to the this but after having a huge meal the night before, the next day it always makes you super hungry :eek: not good 2 days before weigh in lol .

Hi Kay - my night out didnt go as planned - well basically it never happened .....thats so called friends for you eh. So made a pig of myself and ate a full box of maltesers!!! :eek: Back on it today though and the syns in those were probably less than all the voddie so thats possibly a good thing to come out of it xx

I've just realised you're not too far from me, I live in Preston!!!!

Hiya , yea I didn't realise either we were so close , I actually live in POULTON le fylde,
But in staying wiv my OH at moment in Bolton , due to the fact he lives in a flat and stairs at home were killing my knee ,

Hey Kathryn, I'm fine thanks, I had a lovely evening last night with my friend. I ate loads at the Indian restaurant, don't think the scales will forgive me this week :rolleyes: . But I won't stress to much this week, I have enjoyed my meals, but will get back into the flo next week hopefully. I need to catch up on your dairy, going to pop over in a mo. I hope you've been keeping well hun and my cutie pie Alfie :p .

Lol just replied chick. My scales were saying the same as Weds this morning so thats not too bad. Still have until weds to get a little off x

Nope no pud today Cookie :( I feel I don't deserve it after stuffing my face at the Indian yesterday . Also I think it was more than 17.5 syns, because I remember picking at some of my friends foodage as well which I haven't accounted for, whoopsie :rolleyes: . Your food looks fab today, super healthy and yummy ! :) Think you'll be in for another great loss Cookie. Can't say the same about myself :sigh: .

I'm hopeful Kay, however the TOTM, fairy arrived this morning and I usually gain or if I'm luck STS, I'd love another 1lb off though, it'd be the smallest I'd have been since I've known what I've weighed. Got a couple of Green Days planned so hopefully they will help, got to think positive haven't we? Xx
