Keeping on track as a target member!

Friday, had smoked salmon, scrambled eggs tomatoes and mushrooms for brunch, about 10.30 after I'd taken my son to college, done the shopping, unpacked, sorted accounts and done a bit of housework and got a night booked. So had my fish pie about 4ish watching D or N D with a salad. The famalam had pork chops mash and peas and carrots and gravy and apple sauce. Had a nap before coming to work, got melon, pinepple, grapes yogurt and an orange for snacks, and in the morning, I'm meeting some of my group with bags of clothes for Cancer Research. Then a sleep, and if I have any energy, will try and get a few hours leafleting in, and Sunday will be a full day leafleting.

Met up with 2 of my group this morning. We had 3 bags, but as we have a few more coming in next week,
We decided to hand them in altogether. My gym bunny lady is going to call the photographer from the local paper, and see if they will take our photo.
That would be so amazing, to raise money for charity and get my group in the paper!

Had a really amazing night shift. Was working with a lady I've known for years. She's very over weight, very unhappy about it. Her health is suffering, and she had an asthma attack when she was having her break.
She was amazed at all the food I was eating. I told her more about Sw, she asked about joining online, and I said I thought she needed more help than that, and she said, you're right I do.
I said I would do my best to help her if she came to my group, and I would make sure she understood the plan properly, and this could not only change her life, but give her health back.
Wow, I think it really gave her some hope that she could make some changes. She said a big thank you, and she was nearly crying.
I don't know if she will come, but at least she knows where I am. Now it's up to her. xx

Food today, R road hifi (3 syns)
had fish pie for lunch and bowl of melon and pineapple, some ww yogurts, an activia snackpot, a pomegranate and orange for snacks.
6 ryvita wholemeal crackerbread, with primula low fat cheese on. A and B choices.
Dinner is lamb casserole with jacket spud and lots of green veggies.
An early bath and bed for me.
Leaflets tomorrow.

Got 800 leaflets out yesterday by myself. Was out for 7 hours. Had a couple of potential new members who I met outside their houses and got chatting to.

Had strawberries, kiwi and blueberries with activia snackpot for breakfast. Then got back about 5.30pm and everyone was moaning at me for being late, so we went to the Harvester for dinner.
Had grilled steak, tomato, corn on cob, peas, pilau rice, lots of salad and tsp of mustard and diet coke. Had a choc bliss hifi bar and went to bed after new members support calls. 1 was out, so I will send her a text later to let her know I called her.
Not much food in, so breakfast will have to be similar to yesterday, salad for lunch and roast chicken for dinner.

I am finding as a target member of 18 months that although I am always 100% on plan I stay exactly the same weight. I stick to 10 syns max, always have done, and weigh and measure my h ex exactly. Glad I'm at target otherwise I would be really upset.I am 2lbs below target weight, so have another lb to go to get to mimimum and would like to get there before I go away on holiday. Its as if my body is saying this is really where I should be and thats where youre staying ha ha :)Any other target members finding the same thing. Its just that we were talking about this at group today, many target members if they have put on a bit can come in the following week with 2lb plus weight loss. I would never be able to achieve that.

If you want to drop a pound, then just take out one of your B choices - if you have the 2 you're allowed as a target member- and just drop your syns down between 5-7 for a few days.
You're doing a good job of maintaining, that's what being at target is all about - staying within 3 lbs either way. It means you've found your comfortable, ideal weight, and I wouldn't be giving myself a hard time for doing that!
I'm bang on target at the moment, and I'd still like to get to the lower end. Being busy this week has stopped me going over my syns, and I don't feel the need for any. Using hifi bars to curb my chocolate cravings.
I usually have 1 decent loss every month, then it's up and down a bit, but I am very hormonal!

Bacon, scrambled egg, tomatoes and mushrooms for brekkie.

out postering today.

Lunch, not sure but going to Sainsbury's for some fruit, so will get something while there.

Dinner sticky quorn fillets and salad, and savoury rice.

Being honest here, I missed lunch, not intentionally, but I got 48 posters out in shops, pubs, cafes, laundrettes, newsagents, wedding shop, greengrocers,hairdressers/barbers, a tatoo shop and a nail bar.
Phew!
Blisters on my toes!
Then took my accounts over to accountant, got home, prepared fruit for work, then took some grapes, some rolled up ham and chicken, a can of diet coke and went to bed for a good long sleep before going to work tonight.

Also, finally got around to joining the gym, I quite enjoyed it, had an induction from a VERY fit young man. Mussles on muscles! Have got a months membership, cos it was £40, quite expensive I thought, but will be good to be exercising properly again as I've been too busy building my group up to think about it.
Had smoked salmon, savoury rice and salad for dinner, as the rice and salad was already done, and I had just enough time to get ready for night duty.
Have got plenty of food for tonight though xx

Got my raffle prizes, one is a ingredients for a soup from the new book and in magazine, and the other is a dessert also in new magazine.

Have given the GP surgery some info about SW on referral, and am waiting to hear back from the practise manager.
If they say yes it will be fantastic.
Makes a real difference, when the receptionist has done SW herself, and is friendly!

As I do the red and green plans 2 b choices are built into them, so I always have the two. With regards to the syns, I actually have tried reducing them to about 5 a day, but it doesnt seem to make any difference. Perhaps its down to portion size, may try a smaller plate next week. Thanks for your input and advice littlemissslim, much appreciated :)

You get an extra B choice on any of the plans as target member, so you would be allowed 3b choices on original or green. But it doesn't sound as though you're having an extra!

Didn't get to gym, left it too late, and lots going on in group tonight. I really hope some new members turn up tonight. Hoping for 5; that would give me some leeway and help get to 30.

I did have an extra extra in the past and actually gained! Arent our bodies funny things? Am not unhappy about where I am though, just want to lose another lb before my hols so I have 6 lbs to play with.Littlemiss, fantastic you have been at target for such a long time, well done.:)

Got to the gym yesterday and today.
Had a serious prang and car door was nearly off hinges, won't have for nearly 2 weeks while being fixed. Was going to leaflet this afternoon, but had to sort car out.
Got a very small hire car, will have to down size all my stuff for group the next couple of weeks, and work even more nights to pay for hire car.
At least no one was hurt, but it's a nightmare I could really do without.
Have had lots of jelly sweets to cope with stress.

Friday,
strawberries activia and banana,
smoked salmon salad
lean beef casserole with mash, green beans, peas, broccoli and cauli.

Brekkie grilled kippers, scrambled eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms.
Nothing for lunch while sorting car out.
kedgeree for dinner.

Tomorrow.
Leafleting.
Will have same for breakfast to keep me going , finishing about 4pm (got my orders!) and having a BBQ.
Got salmon and chicken, corn on cob, salad, new potato salad and lots of diet coke.

Monday, have roast duck dinner and homemade orange sauce.
Will leaflet any left overs as I want to get them all out this time.
Then Tuesday, the old man wants to have a family day out, and I will have to work a night Tues, Fri and either Sat or Sun.

Really wish we'd gone away in the caravan now!

About to deliver my last 600 leaflets.
Trying a slightly different area so people don't get fed up of my leaflets. The sound of the recycle bin just after you've posted is very disheartening.
My daughter is being a complete nightmare.
