weasey said:Another alternative is psyllium husks. I prefer to use that to add fibre rather than regularly taking a laxitive which doesn't seem the healthiest way to go if you have an alternative. However, if you decide to have psyllium husks (available as a capsule too) then you'll need to drink extra water.

I only have a purea tea twice a week but it states on the box you can have them once a night for 1 month then have a break and then re-start them. they are fab
