Skimmed milk =1pp
Banana and 2 apples

Lunch
Wholemeal wrap 5
Turkey. 3
Phili light. 1

Tea
McDonald's for baby's birthday
Quarter pounder with cheese 14
Medium fries. 11
Wispa mcflurry?? I'm putting 11 until I get nvs off site

So 51 pp 36 dailies and 15 weeklies 2 weeklies used yesterday too so 17 weeklies used out of 25 trying to just have half the weeklies as I'm weighing in Saturday and keeping it that way xx

Morning dolly all good here just tired as not sleeping too well got a funeral today and my first CBT!?! Don't know what to expect really but sort of looking forward to it? How's you gun? I seen Sophie was up early? Blinking kids eh! But we wouldn't swap them for the world! Xxx

Thanks girls it's no one close one of the men we used to work with lost his mum but don't think we're going now Andy has been in work since 3 and I've got my CBT don't want too many emotions to be honest have sent a sympathy card and he knows we are thinking of him, thanks again girls xxx
