Then that's me done for 16 hrs, trying out this fasting that people keep taking about. b out of sync tomorrow tho with going out xx

That food doesn't sound too bad, sounds as though Carlsberg now make diets ;-) x

Well I'm supposed to stick to around 1200 but once gave myself a bit of leeway n have myself 1300 but some days I have a bit less xx

I think it's important to find what works for u, in the grand scheme of things 100 Cals probably won't make a lot of difference! X

Well I've got a peplum top for tomorrow to wear with skirt/ skinny jeans n I'm not quite sure what I'm wearing for London. Pennies are a bit tight at min. Did buy some new shoes today tho so I'll upload a pic x
