I'm on day three and am definitely in ketosis I'm doing well peeing every 2 mins I swear my piss is pure evian at this stage I am smoking my body weight though but it keeps me sane

I got my Ketostix from the chemist £3:50 for 50 strips, just make sure you keep them out of sunlight and in the container they came in and there good for about two years.

I went in after 3 days but my friend took 8 days so its diffrent strokes for diffrent folks.
As for the breath.....even the dog wont face me now!!!! Still, its all for a good cause and the mint strips you can buy from lipotrim are great....especially if you put them in a chocolate shake
