hello i just wanted to know how long it would take to get back into ketosis when knocked out?
A friend of mine doing CD had some food from nandos im not sure if i can say what but basically no carbs but small size protein and nothing else but is panicking about being out of ketosis.
i said possibly as it wasnt plain flavoured so flavouring may be non ketosis friendly is that right? Anyway i told her not to worry so much and get back on it tomorrow
im scared to do a food break from ts or do some ws incase i eat something wrong lol!
however im not worried that i would start binging if i did though which is great. i would assume it took a few days to get bk into ketosis?
im finding ts fine and finish week 2 soon as weigh in is on friday. hope others are having a good day
