mines sort of peachy red.
there is one negative which is sort of beige then 5 positives and mine is the middle one.
is that too high?

I was worried cos mine is usually on the one plus sign or trace so I rang up Lipotrim to query it and they said that was fine and that it would be more of a worry if it was the darkest one! Surprising but reassuring, eh? Good luck, babe!

Sensibly losing :)
You can still read as 'trace' and still be in ketosis.. the body gets used to the amount and the levels picked up on reduce. Its not always a very accurate indication apparently.. xxx
