sts for me :-( couple days a go scales said - 2lb! Was really bad yesterday tho , had meal out n then oh had Chinese last night so had some of that! Plus had mc d's breakfast today :-( ! Only been 5 days since last weigh in but still wanted a loss! Back to the grind stone now! new official weigh day ( sticking to this one ) ! Xx
 
I know hunny mine will probably be STS tomo just because I drank Saturday I didn't go mad but it seems I can't have a life to loose these last pounds!
 
It's crap isn't it! :-( ... Gonna kain it at gym tomorrow n burn some cals xxx
 
I reckon I'll b sts or gain on fri as just wanting to eat lots this week,really struggling coz weather so cold!
Gonna pop upstairs and make myself have 30 min gym time now!first time this week!xxx
 
Kerry dont fret.. It could simply be that you've built up muscle.. And the eating out n chinese last night will still be in yer system being digested.. bet if you were to weigh again tomoro r the next it'd be less..
Have a wee treat tonight maybe n start yer new week tomoro.. Day 1, Week 1... GO :D

Me either and I can feel the fat forming around my tummy lol I'm planning on exercising lots this week! We can get back on it hun! I'm upping my points to 28 as this has worked for quite a few others that exercise maybe try this to?
