i threw out all my size 20 clothes when i reached a size 18 (something i'm slightly regretting now as it looks like i'm stuck on maternity troos until i can fit back into my 18s... we'll see, maybe i'll suddenly be thin post-baby ) and i vowed that if my 18s started to get tight then i was obviously doing something wrong. when i get to a 16 i'm throwing away the 18s and doing the same. it's my way of making sure i never end up back where i started. everyone, even thin people sometimes feel their clothing getting a bit tight. but at what point in my life did i think that buying clothing in the next size up rather than losing a tiny bit to stay the size i was was a good idea?
i understand your panic hon. i lost weight when i was at uni and managed to put it all back on again. but never again!!
