Thought i had done one yesterday but unable to find it!!

New week yesterday, weighed in with a 1.5 lb loss :D

Tuesday-
7.am grapefruit
9.00 all bran milk from allowence
11.00 bacon medalions, tomatoes, egg.
11.45-13.45 work
2.00-3.00 zumba
5pm weigh in 1.5lb loss:D
7.00pm roast potatoes,cabbage brocolli, 4 WW sausages 2 syns, fluffy jelly half syn, blueberries n raspberries.
pom bear crisps 5 syns!


Wednesday
7.00am grapefruit
10,00am 4 ryvita wholegrain crispbreads, 2 poached eggs.
2.00pm chickpea dhal, lettuce,toms,cucumber,onion,beetroot.
5.00pm gammon steak, chips, peas, huge salad. fluffy jelly 0.5 syns, raspberries, blueberries, roulade, 1 syn.
7pm 2 ryvita wholegrain crispbreads, 2 slices kerry low,low cheese.
drinks, all the time i'm home i drink green tea, lol kettle is always on, over night i drink a litre of sf squash.
 
I work monday - friday 11.45- 13.45, which is why dinner is always late.
roll on half term, lol i don't work school holidays, :D
 
Thursday

7am grapefruit
9am bran flakes , milk hea&b

5.00 quorn chilli, with loads of SF veg n rice.

7am orange
9.am, fruit, yogurt, 35g bitesizeshredded wheat heb.

5pm left over chilli n rice.

sunday

3 ryvita wholegrain crispbreads, lemon curd SW syn free home made, kiwi

vegetable chow mein, homemade

salad, spicy rice.

orange, apple,banana,kiwi, lemon curd, 3 ryvita wholegrain crispbreads,

had 1 heb but no A , grrrrrrrrrrr spose to be 2 heb's as im doing green.
 
monday
porridge pancakes, kiwi, banana

vegetable chow mein, mushrooms, 2 scotch eggs.( 1 syn)

fresh poached cod, sw chips, salad, beetroot, homemade coleslaw.
jelly fluff half syn.
 
Tuesday
magic pancakes, HEB, plum,melon,kiwi

homemade veg soup with extra cabbage

tuna pasta salad with onions, beetroom, mixed leaves, mayo 2 syns fluffy jelly, 0.5 syn

weight watchers sweet chilli crisps 4 syns

weigh in 4lb lost, :D
 
Wednesday

5 scan bran,HEB 1 egg, yogurt.......mixed to make scan bran pancakes instead of porridge pancakes!:p
melon, banana

veg soup with extra cabbage.


roast spuds, leeks, kale, mishrooms,onions,chicken breast.
fluffy jelly, raspberries n melon.


dont usually have anything to eat after tea, but tonight i had 6 melba toast, basil n tomato, 4 syns, homemade syn free mackeral pate, peppers, cucumber.

Friday

smash pizza which i only had 1/3!!

OOOPPSSSSS, not been here since Saturday, but i have still been 1005 on plan, had WI on Tuesday and lost 1.5lb :D



forgot what i have eaten on Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday..........
