Tuesday's food!
weetabix, 2 scan bran milk
melon, orange

cereal bar (4) apple, cherry toms.
zumba
chilli , rice, raspberries
Quavers (4.5) kitkat (5.5)
 
really struggling to lose at the moment, had a really hard 2 weeks, 100% on plan but not shifting the weight :-(
 
NEW START :)
New foods dues to lots of foods making me ill.
so now it's lentils, kidney beans, 3 bean salads, butter beans instead of pasta,potatoes,bread,rice n couscous :)

Lots of lean meat, lots of chicken n turkey. No fruit, loads of veg n salad.

Been following it for a week and feel 100% better, no pains.
