I've hit a bit of a brick wall myself ... well more like the Berlin Wall actually
Interesting what you say about bananas ... I've been trying to chop and change my SW eating habits to try to shock my body into starting to lose a bit again but one thing I still have every day is a banana. Might just drop this for a week and see if it makes a difference
