Brekkie: red onion & cheese (hea) omlette with tomatoes & mushrooms
Lunch: Leftover chilli, hm hummus (0.5 syns), carrot, celery, cucumber sticks
Dinner: chicken shish kebab with 2 tblespoons el mayo (1 syn) pitta (8 syns) had a disaster cooking dinner
Snack: 2 butterscotch hifi bars (HEB)
Total syns: 9.5 syns but won't be having anymore just in case kebab is less lean than i am counting,
