Kingleds Food Diary - help needed!

Okay. So forgot to do this earlier.

Food today so far - extra easy
Breakfast 2 slice of WM bread (HEB) with 1 Slice Cheese (HEA) and a bowl of fruit (pineapple, watermelon, raspberries, blackberries) plus 2 syns lurpak lighter

Lunch: Hot smoked Salmon Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, radish)

Dinner: Have had a quick look at the menu and will probably have grilled sardines and the Chicken ribbons with roasted peppers, courgette & fresh tomatoes or something similar. That way I Really only have to worry about the olive oil syns.

stuck top my planned food last night, plus 1 glass of wine. Was a fair amount of oil on the pasta disk tbh.

Food today. Has turned into a red day

Breakfast: Porridge (HEB) with 1/2 HEA milk and blackberries, raspberries mixed in.

Lunch: Ex lean bacon, 2 eggs in frylight, tomaotes and mushrooms.

Banana, and hifi bar

Gym!

Dinner: Andulician pork meatballs made with extra lean pork, in a tomato sauce (tomatoes, onion, garlic) and roasted med veg (butternut squash, onions, courgette, aubergine, peppers).

Well last nights meatballs were a diaster. They looked amazing, just like the ones you get in a Tapas bar, and I spent ages making them. My hubby was so excited about them - then when we tasted them they were had too much cumin and not enough cinnammon in them - they were really bitter.

So I had a chicken shish kebab - lots of salad. I ate the roasted veg I had cooked to go with the meatballs, and so I actually didn't eat as much of the chicken as I would have usually had.

Food Plan for today.

Breakfast, scambled eggs with peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes

Lunch: Tuna Salad

Dinner: Something involving mince

The something involving mince was bacon cheese (hea) burgers in 2 x Wm buns (heb x 2). Yummy

Followed by a slice of watermelon.

Had a bit of cake earlier so no more syns tonight for me.

I'M BAAAACCKKK :)

Been camping in the middle of nowhere with no phone signal - was very nice. No drowning in chocolate, but did drink a tad too much wine. Was rude not to.

Camping was nowhere new as bad as I thought - even though it rained a bit. We were in a woodland camping site which allowed campfires - and if you can play a musical instrument you can camp for free. Very limited facilities, but I did find a new, if a little expensive, diet food. The campsite is on a Bison farm, and they sell Bison meat there. It's 50 cals per 100g & less than. 3% fat! Bout some. Burgers, sausages and mince.

Pretty much lived off BBQ food (took our own homemade burgers, so they were free) Chicken bits, pork loins, savoury rice, sausages (not low syn but only had 3 in the whole weekend, so not toolbar. Did eat a bot too much bread, bit other than the and the aforementioned wine it wasn't a complete nightmare food wise

Back on plan today now.

Breakfast: porridge (heb) 1/2 hea skimmed milk, black currants, raspberries.

Lunch: not sure @ the moment. Might get a precookd chicken if the shops are open & have with salad

Dinner: gsmmon, SW chips, grilled tomatoes, grilled flat mushrooms, baked beans.

Hubby has also cooked up some 1/2 syn sausages which were going to be out of date tomorrow so have them to munch on if needed.

Ooh forgot you were away! Silly me!

Glad you enjoyed. Sounds quite nice. Ish. Maybe ;)

Bison sounds good, I presume it's nice as you bought some. And food sounds pretty good too!

Anyway, good to see you :) xx

They were proper old hippies who own the place. We even had our own tipi - which was a god send when it rained. Plus it was really quiet, and isolate, so no need to keep the noise down. It as only £7 a night each as well. Bargain! The only thing was the lack of decent facilities - 1 shower which was a bit open to the elements, so not sure how warm it would have been. I coped with baby wipes rather than risk it!
Mrs S - the bison is lovely. Quite rich, so no need to eat too much either to fill you up. Got so equals Russia s well whilst there but NO clue how to cook them!
