Kingleds Food Diary - help needed!

Another green day to day

Brekkie: Magic Porridge- my new fav brekkie!! made with 28g porridge, 1 scan bran (HEB1) a mullerlight yog and some mixed berries.

Lunch: Mushroom & Lentil loaf (HEA1 for the cheese), warmed up this time, with a salad.

Dinner: Chilli Prawn pasta using 140g cooked prawns (HEB2 + 1.5 syns), peppers, onion, garlic, chilli, peas, mushrooms, tinned tomatoes and 28g cheese (HEA2)

Syns: not sure, been struggling to use them on a green day, but am at a party tomorrow night so will be saving at least some for that!!

Right - day off yesterday due to serious lack of food in the house & a hangover. So glad all my parties are out of the way for a few months.

Lunch; salmon salad : lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, carrot, Chicken Noodle Mugshot.

Apple

Dinner; spag bol - made with lean mince so 5 syns, peppers. Mushroom, onion, garlic. Spaghetti, 42g reduced fat cheese (hea)

Weigh in day today
At a training course all day so food is a bit of an unknown. I hope to be able to stick to plan at lunch.

Brekkie: magic porridge made with 28g porridge, 1 scan bran, mullerlight yog, rasps and a grated apple

Lunch: totally unknown @ present. I suspect it will be sandwiches of some kind, so i may venture to the canteen for a jacket & beans rather than that.

Dinner: Spicy prawns with rice. Pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes, chilli, garlic
 
Lunch was predictably off plan. Sandwiches & deep fried food. Spoke to caterers and said i was gkuten intolerant, so they arranged for me to get a salad from the works canteen which was lovely!
 
Right Put on 1lb last night. Only a pound, so not a disaster. Got to stop pissing around with this now. No parties this weeknend or next, no excuses for going off plan for a day.

Brekkie: Pineapple with 42g all bran (HEB), mullerlight

Lunch: mugshot & carrot sticks, chicken salad

Dinner: Prawn Chill Rice, with peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, chillis.

Hea - milk in teas

Mix 2 Max is an old plan. Each meal has to be either all red & superfree, or all green & superfree. All snacks are superfree, but you get 2 HEBs & HEA's! Take the highest syn value for any syned food you eat (so a mugshot which you eat as a snack would have syns, but if you ate it as part of your green meal it would be free). This is cool with me because my syns will be used on a crunchie bar tonight :) Plus it means i have a extra HEA & HEB to have a chesse sandwich

Not to be done very often as its a bit confusing, but I do love both meals I am having today!
 
Yesterday was a write off. Got home v late. Ended up having kfc & a crunchie. The only saving grace was thaf i had a diet coke. Between the 45 syns for kfc, & 9.5 for the crunchie i think its fair to say i csn't be lax now till weigh in!

Lunch: hm chicken & veg soup (onion, carrot, green beans, peas, sweetcorn, potato)

Dinner: pork loin with bns mash broccoli & onion gravy (2 syns) & 2 slice wm ( 6 syns)

Rest of hea: milk in tea

Total syns: 8 syns

Lunch: chicken noodle mugshot with carrot & pepper sticks. Mullerlight

Dinner: chicken & gammon pie (onion, peppers, spinach, mushtooms, potato mashed with greek yogurt. Topped with cheese (1/2 hea) Served with broccoli

Rest of hea: milk in tea

Snack: carrot & pepper sticks

Lunch: salmon salad ( lettuce, cucumber, carrots, celery, pepper) with ex light laughing cow triangles (HEA1)

Snack: apple

Dinner: herby chicken (1.5 syns olive oil) with butternut squash wedges (2 syns olive oil) broccoli, carrots, chicken gravy (2 syns)

Snack: 2 slices wm bread (heb2) with 42g cheese (hea2) & 1 tablespoon pickle (1 syn)

Total syns: 6.5

Lunch: HM Minestrone Soup (made with onions, garlic, celery, carrots, tin of tomatoes, stock, cannilini beans and pasta shapes) bowl of melon

Dinner - Spicy Prawn Pasta (made with 112g cooked prawns (HEB2), peppers, onions, garlic, chilli, mushroms, tinned tomatoes) served with 42g reduced fat cheese (HEA)
