Kirsty's Diary - Need a kick up the bum!!!

Yeah it does get harder as you lose the weight! So chuffed for u though, you are doing great! U should post what you eat, would like to have a nosey! lol

I think im just being impatient, I want to see results now!!! lol
 
Well, was soo tired last night, I went to bed about 9 and was sleeping by about half 9-it was still light outside! lol i was just so tired. Never done my squats yesterday but i did go to the gym, dpne resistance, 10mins arm pedal, 10mins bike and 10mins x trainer, 9 sets 20sit ups.

Managed my usual squats and dumbells this AM. am really nervous about the weekend - no alcohol will be touching my lips!! Me and sarah r going to pictures tonight to see the back-up plan and 9.35. will be goin to the gym after work and then rushing about getting ready for the pictures. By the time film is finished and I've taken sarah home hopefully will be tired and just go home to bed! Tomorrow morning am goin for a swim.

I think this is going to be my key for the weekend, knacker myself out so by the time thinking about treats comes into my head I will be too tired to bother!lol
 
Have a fab weekend hun! Im at my mates 24th birthday party 2moro so will be interesting not to eat crap and drink!
 
Yeah Ria you'll have to let us know how u get on! Have fun and even a couple of drinks can't do you too much harm! I'm off to the pictures tonight, it will be hard to resist temptation with all the popcorn and munchies going around! lol
 
Just back from gym, only done 30mins cardion but still burnt off 200 cals so every little helps and all! Done my 3 sets 15 squats and my dumbell exercises this morning which was very good of me! lol No alcohol tonight, but we will see how I get on at the pictures with all the treats on temptation! lol
 
Just back from pictures. Film was really good and funny! Managed to resist temptation on the most part, but ate a packet of chew-its and ended up having a small glass of wine before the film started that was Sarah's fault! lol we were early for the film so sarah dragged me to the bar and made me get a glass of wine! Bad sarah! lol Kinda got a bit of a sore head now though must have been that glass of wine I had oopsies! xx
 
Woke up this morning feelin a bit tired. Just ate weetabix for breakfast and going to get ready soon to take my bro for lunch and shopping today. Feel really bad as he's always stuck in the house all week as he can't get out :( so will be good for him to get out and about today and I can knacker myself out with a walk around the shops!
 
Well that's my no drinking rule out of the window! lol I have just indulged in a bottle of rose wine oopsies! lol I will pay for it tomorrow! Will defo be going to the gym to do some cario and burn off that alcohol! lol xxx
 
No hangover today, thank God! Just back from the gym, done 30mins cardio and my sit ups. 10mins arm pedal, 10mins bike, 10mins tread mill. Had breakfast this morning, bran flakes and milk. Now going to get ready to head out and do a weekly shop at tescos to get some goodies in for next week! :) xx

Thanks Ria, hoping one bottle isn't going to affect my weight loss much, in previous weeks I've had more and still lost a good amount so here's hoping...

I've just tried on my jean shorts again I bought for hodilays and can at least now get them past my thighs lol and managed to get 1 button done. Still too tight so have hung them up in the bedroom to give me motivation. Every time I walk past I think "I will fit into you!" lol I have 13 weeks to drop the dress size. My size 18 work trousers and jeans are starting to get too big now, they're not falling off me but you can see they are getting baggy now...

So after my experiment at the weekend to "not drink" I have learned that I can at least go without having to get so drunk and just enjoying a few glasses of wine. Hopefully next weekend if I am meeting up with friends I will only take 1 bottle of wine instead of 2 (or 3!) and take some diet lemonade to have spritzers and make it last longer as I've learnt that I don't need to drink so fast and go mad with it as usual! lol There's nothing wrong with just enjoying it and not drinking to get drunk xx

Well this week I am cutting down on my portion sizes. For lunch, instead of a full tin of tuna I'm having half the tin one day and half the tin the next and trying to eat less mayo and sweetcorn with it. For dinner I am buying the smaller baked potatos and cutting down on the amount of mayo with my chicken, trying to have half a desert spoon instead of a full one. Also with the salad, trying not to have as much hoping this will help this week as TOM is due and have a bad feeling that I am going to stay the same again this month as I did last month! :(
 
Well what can I say today, feel like a lazy bit.. Not done my squats and dumbells yesterday or today. supposed to have my bums and tums class tonight but i just cant find the energy to go! After only having 1 day off the exercise last week I am starting to feel a bit shattered I need a night off! lol Am cutting down on portion sizes this week and trying to cut down on the baked potatoes and going to have brown rice a couple of times this week in replace of the baked potatos and mayo! Hoping to get back on the squats and dumbells tomorrow morning.... Come on peeps I need encouragement! :( Lol xxx
