Kirsty's pregnancy and new Mummy diary- from 30 weeks onwards!

Another evening, another lovely walk with hubby and dogs :)
It may not be working at getting baby out, but I've really enjoyed getting out every evening this week, getting exercise and fresh air and spending time with hubby :)
Plus I'm sleeping really well so that all helps :)
41 weeks tomorrow... Going to be making a hot curry for tomorrow night, it prob won't do the trick, but I'll enjoy it nonetheless :)
Found out my friend is being induced same day as me!! How cool would that be?
Our babies born on the same day!
Our husband's are best friends from high school and we live close by so our little ones will be growing up together anyway but to share a birthday too would be fab :)
Anyway time for a shower and bed x

One week overdue

Still pregnant! At least I know I only have 4 days left, max!
Still no signs that baby is gonna come before then, I think he/she is very comfy in there and won't be gracing us with his/her presence until Wednesday!
Got to pop out for a few bits today, it's horrible weather! But we've decided to have a BBQ tomorrow (baby permitting) when the weather is supposed to be rather nice so need a few things for that.
No other plans this weekend, other than walking the dogs :)

Maybe a jog rather than a walk lol (joking) Mmmm curry sounds a good idea!

Ive no plans this weekend either its also pi$$ing down at the moment too grrr x

Daughter has been to the hospital today. She has been getting really bad pain in her back and unable to sit for more than 30 mins, on thurs it moved to her tummy just under her bust. She had an out of hours appt with the midwife who sent her straight to the hospital to get checked. They have taken blood samples. water samples and she has to have scans to rule out kidney/gallstones! If they all come back clear its her body adjusting to baby, they said because her frame is so tiny she will feel every ache and pain bless her

So far nope lol!

Aw bless her, that's the thing with pregnancy you get all sorts of aches and pains and when it's your first you worry lol.
I was in hopsital several times in the early stages, always just baby stretching and body adjusting.
I'm sure she'll be fine x

Yeah ive told her that too hun. Im just glad theyre keeping an eye on her because of the problems she has with her bladder. x

Yeh they really do look after you when you're pregnant- I suffered with HG (extreme sickness) for the early part of my pregnancy and ever since then they really keep checking I'm ok :) x
 
She had really bad nausea but was never sick. Shes all bump at the mo. They told her to buy some co codamol and take it with paracetamol so hopefully that will help
 
Texty f just reading and checking co codamol is codeine and paracetamol so she doesn't want to be doubling up doses of paracetamol with the cocodamol or she will have too much paracetamol normally it's 2 cocodamol unless you mean he takes one co codamol and a plain paracetamol so she isn't on loads of codeine ? X

8 days overdue!!!

Still waiting.... Clearly the curry didn't help last night! It was delicious tho :)
Gorgeous day today so we are going to go on a nice long walk with the dogs and have a BBQ later on :)
Tomorrow MW is due round, to check on me and bubs and do another sweep if she can.
I'm hoping she'll be able to, and it'll work so I don't need the induction on Wednesday but I must admit I think baby is hanging in there until it's forced out lol!

Grrr does baby know how impatient all the minis aunties are lol another long walk might help. X

Lol I've been passing on the mags but to no avail!
Even MIL and my mum both had words but nope!
Yeh that's what I'm hoping and it's a lovely day :) x
