Lace & frills here I come! <3 <3 <3

Today's noms:
B - all bran (hexb & 2 syns) with milk (hexa), sliced banana, sliced nectarine.
L - tikka chicken (2 syns) with salad. 1 nectarine, 1 plum, 1 apple, 1 WW yoghurt.
Snack! - WW yoghurt
D - peri peri chicken with veggies (courgette, broccoli, carrots, a few peas, cauliflower) and low-fat feta (9 syns). Natural yoghurt with sliced banana, mixed berries & drizzle of honey (1 syn).

Not feeling terribly optimistic about WI - don't think success express is working very well for me, because I'm eating a lot more fruit than usual so I can't see how my calories will be less than on ee. We'll see! Hopefully I'll have a pound off.

1.5 pounds off for me, yay! :D

Another success express day:
Breakfast - shreddies (1 hexb, 6 syns) and milk (hexa)
Lunch - turkey with salad. 2 WW yoghurts & 1 nectarine.
Dinner - 2 peppers stuffed with tomatoes, garlic and quark, 75g rice, big pile of mange tout, baby sweetcorn and green beans.

Dinner was really nommy, but quite garlicky - I bet I could kill an enemy just by breathing on them :D

Hi, so happy you started a diary as have noticed you around on other threads and how well you have done. Well done you!! 28" waist! Wow! That's a size 10 isn't it?

I also love SW although I faffed around for several weeks trying to get in to the groove (kept worrying about carbs from my atkins days).

:D

PS. I am another one that would spend half my life in the bath if possible - preferably with a Lush bath bomb!

Thanks, hon! I am finding it trickier to lose now I am closer to target, so I thought that a diary might keep me on track! :) It's worth a try, at any rate.

I'm about a 10-12 at the moment - I tend to carry my weight on my bum and thighs, so size 10 is a bit of a way off for my bottom half! I shall get there though :D

SW is so fab! Got to say, I've never really worried about carbs - I love my pasta, but it was the half a block of cheese that I used to grate on it that made me fat, not the pasta itself, lol. I never tried Atkins - I think it would make me cry :D

Noms! I had a bit of a naughty day yesterday :D I was good for most of the day, but I went out in the evening and a few syns slipped in quite without my permission, lmao! Was going for an extra easy day.

B - shreddies (hexb) with milk (hexa). 2 small slices white bread (6 syns) with 2 tsps jam (1) and 1 tsp honey (1).
L - large mixed salad with a bacon & mushroom omelette. Apple.
D - lamb rogan josh, rice, big pile of mange tout. 2.5 popadoms (5 syns)

So - 13 syns. Then I went to see TNA wrestling (with Hulk Hogan! :D) and had 2 pints of beer (16 syns - eek) and 15 peanut M&Ms (googling shows 10 cal per M&M, so 7.5 syns). So 51.5 syns, oops!

I really want another loss at next WI, so I think I will have my syns as normal today (I find weekends a bit tricky!) and then have 5 syns Monday to Friday. That will work :)

Not sure about food today as I have to do my shopping list and plan my meals. Will be another ee day today, and so far I've had the same brekkie as yesterday (so 8 syns and both hexs). 7 syns to play with! I really fancy pudding with dinner - I might have to think up something v. low syn to have with low-fat custard! Maybe a stewed apple - one is only 2.5 syns. Nom!

Haha, totally! It was the law - which makes them practically syn-free, right?! :D

It's definitely a victory that I counted my M&Ms though, haha - I could have just munched away and I would have eaten loads more that way. Success!

OK! So today was an extra easy day. Lunch, I had a tuna and mixed bean salad. Afternoon, I snacked on some cherry tomatoes. Dinner, I had SW chips, mixed veg, 2 fried eggs and half a tin of baked beans. For pud I had some apple and raisin kugel lokshen bake - first time making it, and it was pretty nice! Sainsbury's were pants so I couldn't make it as low syn as I wanted (was planning on using lf cottage cheese and quark, rather than full fat of both - but they didn't have EITHER, so I got lf sour cream and phili light) but only worked out as 6 syns a portion. So today's synnage works out at 14 :)

I have a cold, blast it. Hopefully it will go away soon! I've caught it off my boyfriend, and his only lasted a few days, so fingers crossed. I hate having the sniffles!

Have the rest of the week planned out, foodwise, pretty much. Going to do green, and going to use 1hexb every day on scan bran. Think I'll have scan bran, lf cottage cheese and salad for lunch. Will use my other hexa and b for cereal and milk. Am planning on 5 syns a day to make up for my over-synnage at the weekend! Though might have to have a few more tomorrow, haha, because I still have more of today's pud - and some lf custard to go with it :D

Green day!

B - shreddies (hexb) and milk (hexa)
L - pineapple cottage cheese (1.5 syns) with 5 scan bran (hexb) and big salad. One apple.

Dinner is planned and will be spinach and sweet potato curry with rice and green beans. Will follow with another bit of the lokshen bake I made yesterday (6 syns) and might be forced to have some custard with that (which I think is 3.5 syns for 1/4 the packet). So 11.5 syns today. Was planning on 5, but since I have a cold and am feeling sorry for myself I think it's allowed! :D

Ooooh, I can't stick to plan recently! Keep having one day on and then one day off. Never going to get anywhere at this rate!

Anyway, here is the line I'm drawing...

------------------------------------------

and now I will be a good girl and be 100% on plan for the rest of my life (haha :D). Had a good on-plan today though! Fingers crossed I can get back into a routine - with me, if I have three or four good days in a row then I can usually get back into the swing of things with no problem.
