Tuesday 28th June 2011 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - Banana, 2 chocolate weetabix (HexB + 2 syns), 150ml skimmed milk & tea

Lunch - prawn & rice salad from m&s (no dressing) it only had 4 tiny prawns in it and it tasted like soil - not that I've eaten soil before but that's what I imagine it to taste like so there! Lol!

Snack - Red apple - much appreciated after my soil salad.

Dinner - Lamb & potato curry with rice & salad

Dessert - Toblerone (9 syns) & a coffee with skimmed milk

Syns - 11

We sure have hunny....enjoy it while you can cos it's supposed to be BIG brolly weather tomorrow so people on the train are gonna smell like wet dog! I hate public transport....smelly people get on and either breath their honky breath on me, smell or wet dog or I get to stand next to someone who's sweaty arm pit is at my nose level.....YUK!

Breakfast - banana, cinnamon french toast made with wm bread (HexB), eggs, splash skimmed milk, sweetener & a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. Tea with skimmed milk.

Snack - An apple & 2 coffees with skimmed milk

Lunch - Jacket potato with spicy chicken served with a large salad

MAJOR snack attack - Galaxy caramel cake bar (6.5 syns) followed by a jumbo caramel snack a jack (2.5 syns) THEN I had 2 clementines an hour after that.

Dinner - Lamb & potato curry served with cumin rice & salad.

Dessert - Toblerone (9 syns)

Syns - 18

Today has has been difficult as I'm awaiting my * week and I've had MAJOR bloat, pelvic cramping, achy legs plus I only got around 3 hours sleep last night due to the pms symptoms so I felt the need for a sugar binge ALL day to give me energy which I tried to limit as much as possible and I'm proud of only having had 9 syns all day. I've just had my dinner and I'm feeling a bit better but have just realised that I've only had 59 syns so far this week and my new SW week begins tomorrow so technically I've got 46 syns to use up tonight. SO, if I get a craving then I'll treat myself but I won't use them for the sake of it as I don't want to encourage myself to binge. I'll update my food entry if I do eat anything else tonight.

Thanks hun....just had a Toblerone and feel stuffed so that's me done for today. Think I'll take extra low syn snacks to work with me tomorrow in case I get another snack attack. Xx

Gah! Periods are suckky!!! The whole bloated, crampy nastiness and that's before you start thinking of the menstruation. :(

Have a hot choc AND some mikado or something chocolately and OD on choc, for low synnage! :)

Yeah I'm fine once it happens it's the build up to it that annoys me because i get so uncomfortable and bloated for 5 days before but have nothing to show for it if you know what I mean lol!

I had a Toblerone earlier and felt sickly after so hopefully that'll keep me from binging on chocs this month. Think the flavoured coffees might just help me curb my sweet tooth because I like to finish my meals with something sweet so I'll try having a choco coffee instead and save my syns for other things as I tend to only use them for sweet treats.

Think my co-codamols are kicking in so I'm gonna try & get some sleep before they wear off lol! Thanks for popping in Shrimpy! Xx

Ok now I'm confused cos it's supposed to be day 2 of expecting * week so i'm supposed to wake up fat, bloated, miserable and in pain but I've woken up rested and my morning belly watch revealed a flat-ish belly. Now I'm not complaining I guess all this healthy eating has had a positive effect on my cycle so I've decided that I'm not going to go on a sugar rampage just because it's my * week. I'll definitely keep EVERYONE posted if this changes as I don't like to suffer alone lol!

Thursday 30th June 2011 - Green day

Breakfast - medium banana, clementine & cinnamon French toast like yesterday (1st HexB) with a tea.

Snack - coffee with skimmed milk

Lunch - Shredded chicken (HexB 2), uncle ben's Mexican rice and salad

Snack - coffee with skimmed milk

Dinner - SW chips topped with red onion, mozzarella (HexA 2) & melted under the grill. Served with baked beans.

Dessert - Fresh honey mango & 2 scoops Wall's soft scoop light ice cream (3 syns)

Coffee with remaining skimmed milk from allowance (HexA 1)

Hey Shrimpy!

The Jaccs coffees are not only yummy but they've been suppressing my appetite in between meals which helps mindless eating at work. I'm still bloat free and happy so thanks for discovering them. Xx

Evening All!

I'm on day 3 of expecting my * week to arrive and I feel rufffffff! I've been in pain all day...My head hurts, my legs ache and my tummy looks like I'm 5 months preggers and I feel bleugh!! I didn't even have lunch today because I've just been feeling like Kevin the teenager so everything has seemed like a chore.

Friday 1st July 2011 - Bleugh Day!

Breakfast - Bite of a banana then I had 2 chocolate weetabix crumbled into an activia ff vanilla snack pot (HexB & 2 syns) and a Jaacs swiss chocolate coffee.

Lunch - Nothing

Dinner - Small portion of chicken curry served with a few spoons of rice and some salad

Dessert - Think I'll have another coffee and then a caramel snack a jack

Thank you for the hugs Shrimpy. You'd think that having had them every month for the past 16 years that I'd be able to cope with them like a lady but every month around this time I seem to turn into a combination of the girl from the exorcist and kevin the teenager lol! I'm feeling a bit better after my coffee and caramel snack a jack - another of your fabulous snack ideas YUM! Xx
 
Nani-Day 2nd July 2011 - red if dad remembers my co-op pitta bread if not then extra easy

Breakfast 1 at 7:30 am - small bowl of fresh pineapple & watermelon

Breakfast 2 9:00 am - wm toast (HexB), spread (2 syns) & a jaccs caramel latte made with 250ml skimmed milk

Snack - a plum & a tangerine

Lunch - Chicken omelette made with onions, peppers, fresh corriander, salt, dried coriander, fresh green chilli and the chicken from last nights chicken curry. Served on a bed of lettuce.

Snack at Nani's - Tea & 2 jumbo caramel snack a Jacks (5 syns)

Dinner at Nani's - cauliflower and lamb curry served with a co-op pitta (HexB) and salad

Dessert - Galaxy caramel cake bar (6 syns) melted in the micro for 20 secs served with a scoop of Wall's soft scoop light (1.5 syns) & sliced banana. This was sooooooooooo YUM!

Coffee with remaining HexA allowance

An apple

Syns - 12.5

Hey Shrimpy!

The omelette was yum and so filling which helped to curb my munching at my Nan's today. I didn't even eat my mum's home made mango kulfi ice cream which is my favourite so I'm feeling very proud of me :) I did come home and fix a fab 7.5 syn dessert which was absolute heaven as I finally started my * week today. Take a look in my menu above you might like it. Xx

Oh it so was Roziee. This is my new get through * week dessert. It hits the spot plus it only uses half of your syns so you've still got another 7.5 syns to munch through the day :)
